Painted in beachy blues and teals, this family-friendly home on the canal is ready and waiting to host your vacation! Park your boat at the dock, then take a seat out on the extensive outdoor deck. Cook out on the grill, or just relax and take in the view. Two kayaks are included for guests eager to get out on the water! Inside, the bright full kitchen features a farm sink, full-size appliances (including a French door fridge), and a prep island that can seat two guests for casual meals. The living room minibar (complete with a wine fridge) will keep everyone in good spirits while they cool down in the central air conditioning. When it's time to wind down, just pull the room-darkening shades closed for a good night's sleep. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan, so you'll be able to customize your own space for comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
