About this property

Relax in a private, one-room studio just 2 miles from Bonita Springs' beautiful sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast. This beautifully-furnished studio is in the upstairs, separate section of my home in a quiet neighborhood.

Rest-assured, you'll have complete privacy as you enter through your own private entrance to your separate, upstairs part of the house.

The studio is furnished with all you need and more to be comfortable including a full-size bathroom/shower and kitchenette. Your expertly-decorated studio also includes a comfortable living area outfitted with an HD Smart TV with cable and internet-streaming capabilities, a full-size pullout couch, and love seat. Your stay includes use of the home's new washer and dryer and detergents.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, indoor grill, flat top griddle, an island with an overhang eating area, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and even condiments. Each and every night, your Serta Beautyrest, pillow-top, king-size bed will be waiting to greet you.

If you're wanting to get a taste of the local food, everything you need is within a mile or two. In fact, two local restaurants are within walking distance (.4 miles!) Borrow the two bikes in the garage and head down 2 miles to the beach, or hop in your car and be at the beach within a few minutes. Public parking spaces are available at an hourly parking rate, or get to the beach early enough and you can nab one of the free beach parking spots (map is in the studio). This is a vacationer's perfect location and set-up. This location is perfect if you want everything close by and don't want to have to drive far.

But if you want to explore all the area has to offer, head just 15 minutes north or south and you'll hit two of the areas hottest new mall hangout areas... the Coconut Pointe Mall in Estero or the Mercato mall, also the nightlife capital, in Naples.

Forget the busy and bright condos, enjoy my quiet neighborhood and really relax this time on vacation. This space is sure to beat any local hotel room. If you don’t need a large amount of space, just great amenities, than this is the place for you.

Peaceful place

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, the place was awesome, clean, quiet, relaxing and the host was very helpful she did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable, I definitely recommend this place

Quick get away

We were pleasantly surprised to find our place better than expected. The host really has thought of everything. Just a couple blocks off the main road to a very private, peaceful place. Highly recommend!

Every possible amenity you could want!

Karen has definitely considered every tiny detail to provide for guests… toiletries, extra pillows, bikes, beach, chairs, towels. The pool and hot tub were a lovely bonus :-) She is also the most responsive owner we’ve ever encountered in a rental, working hard to accommodate every need promptly. Location is minutes from Bonita Beach and not too much farther to other beaches as well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy!

Marvelous Stay!

Everything about this apartment was just what we needed. The owner goes above and beyond to offer her guests a great stay. The laundry is so handy; just down the steps. It's so convenient to park in the garage. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The kayaks are perfect and kayaking on the Imperial River is amazing. The location is to die for!

Clean, Comfortable, has Everything you need

We had a good stay, the apartment is private and has everything you need. We like to be able to make lunch or breakfast at home, the kitchen has everything you need for a quick snack. I also like to pack light and do laundry and we had a washer and dryer to use. There is everything you need for the beach, or hanging out nearby, bikes, towels, chairs, ect. It is quiet and private, the owner has her residence attached but we never seen her the whole time we were there. I suggest you contact the owner to heat the pool as it takes almost an hour to get the hot tub heated up to use and in December the pool was too cold of us. The owner gets right back to you if you have any questions! We rent a car and drive, we do not mind the location it is close to everything. It is too far to walk to the beach but just a minute drive. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed!

Home away from home

Listing is just as it looks. Cozy and easy to access, you'll find everything you need. We stay away from home quite a bit and I loved how well stocked the kitchen was and we sat on the couch like it was our own living room! Hope to come back again, soon!

An amazing apartment!

From the charm to the cleanliness to the ease of dealing with the owner, this was a fantastic find. Karen's attention to detail was much appreciated; she goes above and beyond any VRBO I have ever stayed at over the years. Adorable and super clean and cozy!

The studio was better in person! So clean and so beautifully decorated! We prepared dinner there twice and had a great time with family catching up and putting puzzles together which we haven't done in YEARS!! The location is fabulous, super close to the beach and allot of shopping! The owner answered any questions via text within minutes! The pool was great, the bed so comfy! I was ready to move in!! We have family in Bonita putting their home back together so we will be regulars here!! Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality, we loved it!

Hidden Gem!

This cozy studio was way more than we expected! Clean and spacious with every amenity from home. The entrance was separated from the hosts home above the garage. We even had our own entrance to the pool and spa. I only booked because our usual hotel was unavailable, but this property was so amazing, it will now be our FIRST CHOICE for our next stay in Bonita Springs. Highly recommend!

Awesome Studio

The studio was as advertised. Perfect for a couple. The pool and hot tub was the cherry on top. Screened in area kept the bugs and debris out. Location was ideal for the beach that was open. Hopefully next years visit will show more businesses back. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This is a very large studio over a garage in a nice quiet neighborhood. exactly like pictures. Perfect in every way. Close to all dining and shopping You also have use of pool and spa. Fabulous and will stay here again and again Karen was very responsive and very meticulous. She provides all you need for a 5 star stay ENJOY!!!!
