‘On Island Time’ is on the 2nd floor of the South Building. The condo has an OCEAN VIEW PRIVATE balcony accessible by the living room & the Master Bedroom. The views are absolutely breathtaking. From the beautiful sunrises to the romantic full moons, they do not disappoint. OBX is known for their astonishing sunsets which you can enjoy from your front balcony.
While vacationing at ‘On Island Time’ we provide the linens (bath & bedding) for your condo by an independent vendor. Your beds will be made when you arrive, YOU’RE ON VACATION!!!

In the middle of Outer Banks

April at OBX

Great location and pretty good views of the ocean (although I expected that we would be closer). Easy access to the beach. Faucets in primary bath are very tight to turn on and off and may soon not work. The primary bath exhaust fan needs to be replaced. Could use more silverware. Disappointed that the dishwasher had not been run when we arrived, but otherwise the condo was clean and well-equipped. Requested a replacement sheet and it was delivered promptly. Very comfortable accommodations overall, with everything we needed. Great proximity to restaurants, Manteo, Bodie Lighthouse, Duck Doughnuts, grocery stores. Appreciated the many hooks and hangers in the bedrooms. Spent much of our stay on the roomy deck! Loved the pirate ship for kids to play on!

A Week of Sunshine

The condo is beautiful and just steps from the ocean and there two pools if you don’t like sand between your toes! Well equipped and nicely furnished. We all had a wonderful week! Can’t wait to go back!

Steps to the beach and pool(s)

The upgrades in this condo are wonderful. It’s decorated beautifully. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The view was great and the beach awesome! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the mattresses were heavenly and the only “noise” we heard were the ocean waves. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Nags Head, but close to great restaurants and Manteo. Really nice place!

Another Awesome stay at Pier View Condos

This was our second stay at Pier View Condos and both stays were wonderful. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a fabulous week. The owner and the managers were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in south Nags Head.

Great location to stay in the OBX

Great budget-friendly condo on the beach in Nags Head! The location was perfect for exploring the OBX since it is right in the middle. The beds were super comfy for a good night sleep after being out all day. Hosts were very responsive.

Good location, very clean, kitchen well stocked. I would suggest that for those of us not familiar with Roku tv that you leave instructions for accessing television.

Anniversary/Birthday Getaway

This property was wonderful! It provided the perfect beach getaway for November!! We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. It was quiet and relaxing. We certainly hope to return next year.

My husband and I run a plumbing business. We both needed a get away from to do list and schedules. My husband wanted to do some fishing. This place allowed for an easy fishing trip escape to restore our mind, body and marriage. Morning sunrise over the ocean with coffee on the porch was wonderful way to start our unscheduled day!
