The complex is on Lake Hartwell with swim dock access. The community features a pool, clubhouse with fitness center (open 8:30am-11pm), volleyball court, basketball court, outdoor grills and outdoor fire pit.

I am a Clemson graduate that returned regularly to enjoy home games and reunite with old friends as our family's have grown, over the years. We finally felt it was time to plant firmer roots in a place that has been a large part of our lives and now our children's, and we can't wait to share it with others. Why they chose this property
This is a very convenient property to Clemson's campus and the Seneca area. The unit is 3rd floor which allows for some spectacular views of the lake and mountains.
