Waterfront with Dock & Kayaks Close to Everything!

Waterfront and Spacious 3/2 just remodeled with all new furnishings in March of 2022. Floating dock with tie ups for boats with a large screened in outdoor patio equipped with Edison lights, furniture, two kayaks and grill.

This area is a fisherman’s dream! Canal is filled with fish, dolphins, and manatees. 10-15’ deep with plenty of gorgeous sandbars and beaches nearby. Boat rental also available 1/2 mile from the house.

We spent 4 nights in the Headsail House and loved it! Check in was quick, easy, & the house was super clean. We great communication with the owner, perfect location in a nice neighborhood, close & convenient to everything. The house has everything you need & is laid out perfectly with plenty of room for our family of 4 plus another family that also vacationed with us. I loved how their were updates made in every room without taking away from the originality & charm of the house. Laundry room was big and stocked with everything we needed for cleaning, the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook & grill out dinner. We rented a chartered pontoon boat one day and rode out to Anclote Key- highly recommend!! The backyard & patio are so nice and we spent a lot of time on the private dock. Our dog loved the house & the yard as well and was able to have a relaxing time. Loved our time here and we would book again for sure!

Great location to get to many things!
Property is very quiet and in great location. More than enough room for everyone. Back yard is on the water and the bird life is amazing. Screened in area is perfect for relaxing anytime of day. We wil go again for sure!!!

Nice getaway
Nice house, one story, very peaceful. Pets allowed!!!! Our dogs loved sitting outside and watching the wildlife. It's hard to find really nice places that allow pets, the yard is fenced. Great place!

Home away from home
To start Dave was super quick with any questions I may have had, and we had a lot! Lol! Their home was clean and so stinking cute. The patio was relaxing and it was fun to watch the jellyfish and stingrays swim by. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our little peekapom really enjoyed the space to roam and the grassy backyard. Overall, it was the perfect home away from home.
