It was very clean and i love all the plants that they have i would recommend. Me and my wife stayed but its great for a family to stay since it has multiple bedroom and they were well organized and clean. In the furture we will stay again
The house was clean and comfortable. The only problems were the front steps a little shaky and ceiling fan in back room with the two beds wouldn’t go on hi! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room.
Kitchen stocked very good. Would stay again.
The property was exactly as described. Well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed that it was closely located to the tribal offices and museums. There was also a grocery store and Wal-Mart within a five minute drive.
Get there was very easy. The house is nice and was very clean. They provided just about everything we needed to stay. I would definitely recommend this owner.
Came to Tahlequah for our yearly family reunion. Original plans were to stay in our camper at the lake for a couple of days. On day one something happened and we no longer had ac in the camper.
I got on VRBO and found this gem of a house. Host got back to me immediately and said we could come and check in that evening.
With very short notice, Joseph (the host) got us fixed right up and into the home within an hour of contacting him. He was very accommodating!
The house was near places to eat and right down the road from Walmart. And only 15 min away from floating the river.
Beds were extremely comfortable and house was very well kept and clean. Very well stocked kitchen and we even utilized the grill out back.
We will definitely be back!
It definitely is called the greenhouse. Not far from groceries or the river. Nice place for location and price, would definitely consider staying here on our next float trip.
The house was bigger than I expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. The master bathroom had an amazing shower. There were so many little touches that were very well thought out.
The property was perfect for our get away. The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of space for six people to play games and watch movies. The bedrooms had comfy beds and the house had a great AC to keep us cool on a very hot day. The house has been taken care of and looked like it just received many new updates. The house also had many amenities on hand and they were easy to locate. The host was easily accessible and responds quick to emails and messages.
Nice property, comfortable king bed in master and queen. Full size beds were okay. Back yard need some work, lots of dead tree limbs in one corner. There was a grill in the backyard but it wasnt listed in the description which wouldbe helpful. Would stay again.
The home was nicely situated, with clean hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and great bathroom tiles. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Opportunities for improvement: The kitchen and all appliances, including the refrigerator, were very clean; however, the kitchen trash can was almost full when we arrived. In the sunroom, behind the furniture needs to be thoroughly swept. Large cobwebs are behind the sunroom couch, and the furniture is worn and uncomfortable. Several plants in the sunroom were dying or limp. The front yard and backyard could use some landscaping and greenery. It is late September in Oklahoma, but there has not been a freeze yet. Overall, the location proved to be safe and secure. My parents were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. Along with my sister, we were all impressed with the house. We could see that the host had put much work into the interiors. We frequently told each other how cute and relaxing it was inside the home.
Good location, friendly host
I would say that the current problems of August 2024 are attributed to inexperience.
My hopes are that in writing this, that they will make corrections.
If corrections are made, we would consider staying here again.
No obvious maintenance schedule: ants have taken over the house as brown recluse were also seen, indicating moisture and debris (leaves, sticks…) around the house.
The front (plant area) room is very hot and of no consequence as usable space.
The plants contribute to the insect problem.
It is suggested that a local cultural theme be adapted, instead of the dirt and plants.
It is also suggested that a monthly deep cleaning occur that includes clearing and disinfecting every cabinet, bed, closets, showers, floors, garage and yard.
Our feet turned black from walking on the floors. It is smart that there is no carpet. The rugs need to be shampooed and walls washed…just everything that happens with a deep cleaning.
Keep supplies in garage and make the kitchen more like a real kitchen; the utility room more like a real utility room - detergent easily accessible (many bottles stored there tightly at the time.)
There was no dish cloth available and only two dish towels. Not very many towels, less wash cloths. (It would save water to have to wash towels only once.)
The kitchen pans were small. Stainless large skillet would be good, & easier to clean.
A smaller round table might allow more room
Obviously, there is no maintenance schedule
