This spaThis beach house is so inviting and relaxing with it's large private pool and floor plan. This spacious beach house has a inviting and comfortable common are with comfortable couches and seating for all. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and bar seating. There are three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Another bedroom provides a queen bed along with a bunk bed with a twin on top and full size bed on the bottom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There are three full bathrooms with showers and vanity sinks. There is also a full size washer and dryer. There is a private separate patio with a grill for cooking and patio furniture. The private pool has a patio table with chairs and chaise lounges to soak up the ocean breeze. The house is located .5 miles from two different beach accesses.

Very Pleased

The family vacations in Port A twice a summer and we have stayed at many home rentals and this home was the cleanest we have stayed in. The property manager was very responsive at check-in.

Great vacation house!!

When we first got to the house, it had not been cleaned. I called owner and then emailed her. She called me back and apologized and told me that she would be giving me a partial refund for the inconvenience. As for the house, it was beautiful. My family loved it. We especially loved the pool!! We spent lots of time in it and we were sad to leave.

Family Vacay

Pros: -House was in a good location to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. -Comfortable beds and AC was amazing! - Layout was great for our group of 4 adults and a 3 year old. (2other adults couldn’t make it as planned) -TV and the remote in the living room was a challenge to use -Pool was secluded and had easy access with a gate. There was a very nice bathroom with a shower attached to the patio. Great for returning from the beach or after swimming. -Quiet neighborhood -Rental agent very responsive to texts and calls Cons: -Arrived at property to find out that we were given a wrong code and that the front door is not working when we called the rental manager.Told someone would be coming to fix it but never did. We were given the correct code to access the garage only. -Lightbulbs burned out in several patio lights and light fixtures inside the house - Toilet seat in one of the bathrooms had a crack which appeared to be fixed but anyone trying to use it would get their skin pinched. -Pool had sand and other debris around the pool; to include pool noodles and a busted floating raft. -The intake where a pool cleaner is to be attached did not have a cover, which is a concern with young children! -BBQ grill was falling apart from rust and very dirty. Contacted rental agent manager and she brought a new grill, charcoal, and a lighter later in the day. -Extension cord for patio lights had an obvious burn, which could be a fire safety hazard.

Open floor plan, lots of natural light, all features super nice. Pool/patio area in back was very pleasant. Lots of shading and high privacy fence. Whole property super clean. Property manager extremely helpful and accommodating. We've stayed in a lot of pool/lake houses over the years...this is the first time that I can't think of a single complaint. Highly recommend, we will stay here again.

Great Girls weekend location

Great house for a short girls weekend! Six ladies spent the weekend enjoying this cute house with plenty of room. Pool is the perfect size and they even have pool towels for you. Short drive to the beach access with umbrellas and chairs to rent.

Excellent Stay

We have gone to Port Aransas every summer for many years. This is our favorite house so far! Clean, well decorated, and AC worked great! Private pool, outdoor bathroom, and close beach access a plus! Appreciated the locked gate by the private pool as a safety precaution for our 3 year old. Also appreciated not having to carry our stuff up and down the stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay

The layout was wonderful!!! Our 7 yr old and 10 month old enjoyed the pool tremendously. Excellent property with all the amenities a family need!

Annual Port A Girls Trip

Beautiful home! Clean, cozy & comfortable! Easy access to beach. Private pool is the perfect size. We didn’t realize there was an outdoor access full bathroom until the last night, so be sure not to miss it. All the friends voted to stay here again next year if it’s available.

Great stay with a few hiccups

The house it great! Spacious for our family. Had everything we needed including a nice, clean pool. The hiccups: 1. House was still being cleaned when we arrived. They were quick and apologetic. 2. The refrigerator made a loud noise every time we opened it. We started to think it was communicating with us. 3. Master bedroom tv had no power cord. No real deal breakers, but wouldn’t hurt to “fix” them for that 5 stars. We will definitely be back again!
