Located in downtown phoenix two miles away from the Talking Stick Arena home of the Phoenix Suns and Chase Field home of Arizona Diamondbacks. Right next to Roosevelt row where there are tons of restaurants and bars to enjoy. One mile away from Phoenix Biomedical Campus (NAU), University of Arizona College of Medicine, and the ASU Downtown Campus.
NOTE: There is a casita in the backyard that is occupied by a monthly tenant. Please do not disturb this tenant.
