Very clean and excellent home

Joyces house was super clean and you can tell the pride and personal touches such has snacks and extra personal hygiene type supplies. Steve and Sally were excellent for communication. I had to contact for heating questions and he was super helpful! I cant thank them enough for opening Joyces house for use. I wouldnt change a thing. THANK YOU!!

Packer weekend

This property was perfect for our Packers weekend. Very close to Lambeau, clean, and plenty of space. Owner communicated with us during the stay and offered help and tips. It was a bit pricey but worth it for our stay.

Outstanding Property

Highly recommend this property to Green Bay travelers! Not only was the property comfortable and very clean, but also extremely well supplied with amenities. The host made themselves available and offered help if needed. The back yard was lovely and peaceful. The home is conveniently located to the Lambeau, stores, and restaurants in a quiet residential area. P.S. The piano was a bonus for my music loving grandson!

Clean! Adorable! Affordable!

From start to finish, this was and excellent VRBO experience. Perfect communication with the owner, Steve. Adorable, quaint older home with many updates, but just the perfect vintage touches needed to keep it "Joyce House". Beautiful back and front yards, excellent location close to Lambeau, super cute neighborhood, clean and very well stocked. Snacks and water supplied on arrival, which was so sweet. Comfy beds, central air, games and more. We all LOVED this house and would come back to it again if ever needed.

Close to Lambeau

Stayed for a race that started near Lambeau. Cute older house with all that we needed— we brought our own high chair and pack n play Very clean. Would stay again if in the area. Only a couple blocks away from a nice park which was our preschooler’s favorite part!

The perfect stay for us!

We were in town for my grandpa's funeral. We thought about a hotel but felt it was too busy and had too many other persons going in and out, which was not we were looking for in our current situation. I found Steve's vrbo home really by accident and was lucky to get approved for a stay. My grandpa's funeral processions were very long and ran early morning into late at night so we did not get to enjoy the home or the neighborhood as much as regular vacation families would've, but it was an excellent choice either way. Our family felt a sense of calm, freedom, and safety staying there, sleeping there, and going back and forth. My older brother especially loved it and actually told me we can rent that very same place next time we visit Green Bay (I agreed as well). Thank you so much to Steve for being an awesome host even though we did not have the chance to meet. Steve prepared for us very well, contacted us to double-check if we needed any assistance with anything, and allowed us to have both our privacy and freedom. I honestly felt we were not as good as the average guests because we were so concerned about other things while we were there. Thank you again Steve so much for your time, consideration, and care. We will consider this place first when we return to Green Bay. Best regards Steve

Great experience

My family and I had visited Green Bay for the 1st time and decided to use a VRBO for it. It was the best decision! With 3 teens, the extra space was much needed. The house is very nice and had everything we needed. The owners were helpful, and the whole process was flawless from beginning to the end. Perfect!

Everything about our stay in this Green Bay house was perfect. Check in was easy and the house was so clean. It was set up to host several people with the 3 bedrooms and one and a half baths, but for this trip it was only my husband and myself. The bathrooms were both up to date and sparkling clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. We loved the fact that we could pull our car into the garage to avoid leaving in out in the snow. All of the rooms were bright and airy and the vintage touches that were left during the updating made the house feel welcoming and cozy. The updated features were well done. There were additional blankets and pillows available as well as a coffee maker with coffee and snacks and water bottles for us on arrival. The location was perfect but the snowy weather prevented us from walking to the Resch Center/Lambeau area. We couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay for a weekend. The hosts were very responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Excellent house and host

This is one of the best property's we have stayed in. We like to plan a girls shopping weekend in different cities. We chose greenbay and picked Joyce's house for what it had to offer. We loved the home. From the background story to now. We all felt like we took a part of Joyce with us. House was super clean and we loved all the extra touches from snacks to some if you forgot toiletries. We met Steve and Katie when he was shoveling the driveway and he was excellent. Thank you Steve for sharing Joyce's home we loved it!

Weekend bike trip

We came to Green Bay for the weekend and rode in the Lakeshore to Bayshore bicycle ride. Our stay at your house was wonderful! Very clean, walking distance to bars and restaurants by Lambeau Field. Would stay at this property again! Thank you!🤩

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood chose us as this is the area we both grew up in. We have lived in this house since 1991. The great thing about the neighborhood is that it retains the mid century charm while being within a short walk to Lambeau Field and the entertainment district which grew up since we have been here.

What makes this property unique

We have retained the mid century charm of the house built in 1960 but have upgraded the areas that guests need for a great stay. We offer a quiet neighborhood setting with a great yard for unwinding outdoors under mature trees and a green setting.
