Okay but needs Improvment

Awful. Pool, spa and grill were closed for our entire visit. We had purchased charcoal and meat to grill but the area was always locked so that went to waste. The beach chairs and umbrella you had to pay to reserve or be forced to sit behind others and stare at the back of their heads. In the guest bedroom you could hear the AC rumbling horrendous noises through the night. During the day there was non stop construction/remodeling above our unit and one building nearby on the same floor. The luggage carts were always being taken by the construction employees. The master bedroom and bathroom reeked of urine and mildew. The toliet may be the cause, when flushing it sounds awful.

Beautiful beach front condo

The mainsail condo was absolutely amazing! It was clean bright and well stocked in the kitchen. There was everything you could possibly want. Espresso, k cup, coffee pot nitro bullet. Plus a huge selection of pots and pans. Make sure to check the closets for extra blankets. That didn’t occur to us until a few days in. The walk to the beach was perfect we went barefoot most days because it was so close. The pool is big and plenty of room for everyone to swim around. Could not figure out how to request beach chairs but it was never a true issue. I would recommend coming back

Throughly enjoy MainSail

We mostly loved our stay at this unit in the wonderful MainSail condos. This was our second time at the property and throughly enjoy the space and amenities. We had disappointment in finding out the heated pool was under construction, this was not disclosed to us.

We will be back!

This space is beautiful and expertly managed. The complex as a whole is a little dated and the elevators were sometimes not working, but this unit is modern and updated, decorated beautifully and the manager was helpful when we needed an extra blanket. I love that there were beach chairs included and already set up with an umbrella each day, the pool is great. The grounds were clean. We will be booking this spot again for sure!

So nice!

This unit is absolutely gorgeous! All updated with updated appliances and beautiful decor. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware to cook. The beach access is great, it’s very close to grocery stores, outlets, and places to eat. Will definitely be staying here again if back in Miramar. Highly recommend!

Great Condo next to Miramar Beach

Our family with four teenage girls enjoyed this location. We could leave the condo and walk to the sand of the beach right outside. We also liked having a kitchen. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo to save time and money. The sleeping was good. Master bed is very firm. Pull out couch was typical: thin, but clean. Overall, the condo was pretty quiet considering the number of people. We didn’t use the pool, just the beach. Would recommend this location!

Luxurious stay

First off, the rental management property Vacasa was on top of things. They were very responsive, and all issues were addressed promptly and professionally. The actual unit was clean and very spacious. It was also very nicely furnished with all the necessities, modern appliances, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. 10/10 would book this place again.

Best Stay I’ve Had in Mainsail

Amazing stay!

This place was perfect for a group of 4 on a short weekend trip! The place was great, clean, and so many things were provided and everything in great condition and well decorated. We especially loved the porch seating and windows to see the ocean. The only issues we had were with the guard not being there when we arrived to give us a parking pass, but we called and left a voicemail and they found our car per my description and brought the parking pass to it the next day. It’s a very short elevator ride and walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded in front of the condo. Only complaint is not knowing what all was included with our rental - great beach chairs in the condo, beach service umbrellas/chairs included with the stay, and all the kitchen appliances we could need including a Nespresso. It was a perfect experience and I would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up!

The room was great!

Very clean, with comfortable furniture. No complaints on the room. The building elevator on that side of the building was malfunctioning while we were there, so we had to take the chairs several times. No other issues.
