This bay-front cutie puts you right in the center of everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. Walk to the sand, dip in the shared pool, or just relax on your bay front patio – it’s your vacation; you’re the boss. Start the day on that patio with an iced coffee while you decide what to do.

When you start getting hungry, the well-equipped, updated kitchen awaits. There’s plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the gadgets you need to prep a simple meal or a masterpiece. The large breakfast bar offers seating for six, and cleanup is a breeze with a dishwasher right there. Once you’ve mustered the crew, head out. You’re 0.2 mile, or around a five-minute walk, to the nearest beach access, so spending a day on the sand doesn’t mean you can’t run home to make snacks or take a nap.


After your day out, head back to your home away from home and relax in the air conditioning while you stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem, each of the three bedrooms features its own flatscreen as well. At the end of the day, step back out onto that patio and throw dinner on the gas grill. Grab a frosty beverage to toast a day well spent, with another one to come tomorrow.

Location is everything!
Location is great. Not much equipment to use this visit, outside table doesn't seat 5, ac doesn't work in bedroom 1, 2 or main bath. The house is updated and was clean, plenty of towels for us all but the water pressure was horrible. Love the Location so much that we will probably rent this place again even with the handful of negatives.

Great location, well appointed
Overall a great place. Everything you need and everything is labeled so you know where it is. Very clean. The showers are fairly small, which is why I didn't rate it a 5, but not really a huge problem. If you read some of the negative reviews, I'd suggest reading the property description and you might decide the raters didn't read the description. It is exactly as described.

Good place, but some issues.
Loved the location. Beach is close, nice doc and pool. The showers however are small and one had only cold water. A broken chair outside, couple cockroaches were in the house, the fishing poles were broken and we couldn’t fish with them so we had to make it work. Otherwise if you’re looking for a place with stuff to do around here it’s a great place. Just keep in mind the slight issues.

Other than that the house was nice and comfy beds clean place. Close to the beach and restaurants nice back view.

Just terrible
I want to leave fair review. House was clean, kitchen has all basic stuff. Living room has enough furniture for 5. Now all negative: kitchen has countertop level island and 6 bar level chairs. So when you seat your legs touching counter. Bedrooms: it is not 3 bedroom house. It has 2 bedrooms and room between one bedroom and it bathroom. If your group has 3 separate family, it will be very uncomfortable as your guest in 3rd bedroom would need to go through second one to get to his room and your guests in second bedroom need to go through 3rd room to get to the bathroom. Mattresses are very soft, lumpy and old. Now common area with pool was ok before 20+ people occupied second house and was partying by the pool for 2 full days. By the end they broke water pipe and we spend 4 hours without water….

Lovely view, wonderful house, bigger than expected
Wonderful house with great view of the intercostal, stocked with fishing gear, quiet lovely neighborhood, about 2 blocks from the beach. Would highly recommend for anyone vacationing in / near IRB or Clearwater area.

Intercoastal waterway house
Great location right on the waterway, walking distance from beach, nature trail, and community parks. Beds were extremely comfortable and property was appropriately updated in great condition. Only issue was awkward bed and bath layout. Bedroom 3 twin bed can only be accessed thru bedroom 2 king bed. Bedroom 3 also has the second bathroom combination laundry attached to it.

Relaxing get away
Nicely renovated and decorated property with a fabulous view. Overall square footage is small but accommodates 5 people easily. Nice shared pool and lounge chairs. Well placed outdoor table and chairs for morning coffee and lounging while looking at water. Plenty of parking which is a luxury on beach properties. Saw dolphins and various birds.

Where do I start . The sheets were not changed . Had make up stains on them and sand. It Looked like those sheets been used for at least a week . We called , someone showed up to change sheets , the kitchen needed some attention too , then no water pressure. At one point we had no water because maintenance was working on it .and no one let us know they were . We had no water to flush the toilet . Then after “fixing it “ still no pressure. The pool was cloudy and nasty looking . It took 4 days for the water to clear after we called and let them know ..we found termites wings on the window and 3 live ones in the bathroom .the maintenance man come to change the air filter when we were there , the sliding door was hard to open and shut , but we told them not to come till after we leave ,we had maintenance and housekeeping there 7 times the the first 3 days ,then the last day of so call vacation a txt come through that before we leave we need to start laundry and the dishwater Paying all that money then expecting us to do their job … these issues should of been addressed before we got there … over all not happy at all with this experience. We were on the phone trying to call someone with all these problems instead of enjoying the vacation ..

We enjoyed ourselves but not having hot water the 1st couple of days in the main shower was disappointing. The ease of dealing with Vacasa was great and they were responsive and friendly.

Cozy with beautiful views
The home is very clean and right in the water. The drawback was very low water pressure in the showers and sinks. Also be aware you do share the pool with the guests in the front house. If the guests are respectful you can all use the pool and get some sun. If the other house is overcrowded it is difficult to use the pool. Recommend renting both units together to ensure you get the true experience this place has

Great location for day trips
It was 4 of us that stayed here. It was really nice! The kids loved the pool and we loved the view of the water and boats. Made our day trips to tampa and st Petersburg very easy!! Easy fix but we didn't get the password keycode to enter the home before hand so make sure you get that when ur arriving. The prop manager did answer the phone at 11pm so we were thankful for that!! We'd stay here again for sure!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!
