Summer House embodies its name 100%. Your summer has arrived when you choose to stay in this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit. Unit 804A is located in the East tower. Recently, the unit has been updated with 12” tile throughout easy for sand cleanup and new carpet has been installed in the bedrooms.
**This complex will be undergoing a major renovation. This will restore and improve this property for you and your family to enjoy again for many years to come. 1401A's interior will only moderately be impacted at a specific planned time. However, your stay may be impacted by some construction noise, workers being present, dust or materials in the air, and other hazards you typically have during construction. Choosing to rent during construction is choosing to do so at your own risk. The majority of work will be done by building, starting with Building B. Building A's construction will mostly take place in the Fall of 2024 until the Summer of 2025. However, there will be a timeframe that work will be performed on the exterior of both buildings on the front/North side during the spring/summer of 2024. Some dates may need to be restricted during these times. Please contact us for more information on how your stay may be impacted.
Guests will enjoy the updated kitchen which is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and granite counter tops. The dining table seats 6 while the kitchen’s bar provides additional seating. Gulf views are accessible through the living area’s balcony. The expansive balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage while taking in the stunning views of our white sandy beaches.
The master bedroom has a King Bed with a private bath with tile shower. The balcony is also accessible from the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 provides a king-Size Bed while bedroom 3 provides 2 Queen Beds. Summer House 804-A can comfortably sleep eight, has a full-sized washer and dryer. Towels/washcloths are also provided.
Located in the heart of Orange Beach, it is convenient to excellent dining, shopping, entertainment, and grocery stores. Guests have full access to the large outdoor pool, as well as the extra-large hot tub, fitness room, covered poolside gazebo and sauna. Other amenities include a basketball court, recently resurfaced Omni tennis court and putting green. The property has 24-hour security. Charcoal grills are on the property and available on a first come basis.
One Parking pass is included with your reservation. One additional pass is available for $50 plus tax. We must know when booking if you need an additional pass.
*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by Signature Properties. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
