Christmas visit

Great Beach House!

The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! Access to the beach was easy with a golf cart. The beach was never crowded. We had a lovely, relaxing family vacation!

Breathtaking Gulf Views and an Engagment to Boot!

We could not have been happier with our stay! This beach house was even more beautiful in person! We especailly enjoyed having dinner outside on the spacious porch. The host, Sharon, answered all questions in a timely manner and was so pleasant and helpful. We would definitely consider this property again! We will always remember this trip as "The One Where He Popped the Question." Thank you for such a beautiful house to share such a special occasion with our family!

Clean and Spacious Beach House

Beautiful Beach House!

We've been renting a beach house for a weekend every summer for several years, and this is our favorite house we've stayed at! It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and spacious. It had everything you could need, including beach toys and chairs. We're hoping to book the same place for next year!

Beautiful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay at 200 Mobile. The neighborhood was quiet and we practically had the beach to ourselves. The house was beautifully decorated, and with 3 1/2 BA , each family had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well-supplied and the cabinets were even labeled!!! We especially loved the porch area and spent a lot of time hanging out there. Under the house was also a great area to spend time grilling, playing games, or enjoying the cool breezes. There was a lot of beach toys and chairs which we made good use of. All in all, this property was just about perfect!

This house has it all!

Beautiful house, inside and out. The outside seating is the best. It allowed all of us to be together, whether we were relaxing or having a meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. Sharon was quick to respond to my questions and was extremely helpful. We definitely will be back.

Peaceful retreat we needed

This property was booked for our family to get away from the city and relax for a few days. The house was beautiful and spacious. The host didn't overlook any details. You will get a workout on the stairs but its worth it when you reach the deck. We had coffee outside watching the sunrise each morning. We also grilled and played games in the evening. All ages enjoyed our stay. Lovely property and we would book again.

Beach house

Very nice beach house. We loved the big deck and the swings. We did see 2 snakes, thankfully we were upstairs at the time. Walk to the beach was a little farther than I thought it would be, but doable. 2 complaints, fireworks in the middle of the night terrified the dogs and house needed some housecleaning.

Spring Break at the Beach House

We had a very nice time at the Beach House. Communication with Sharon and check in were great. Really appreciate the early check-in! There were a few minor problems with door lock, no coffee maker and a toilet running, but these were quickly taken care of. The weather wasn't the best during our stay (Cool and windy) but we had a great time by taking advantage of all the indoor and outdoor games that are provided. The house has a great floor plan and we really loved the deck (just wish it had been a little bit warmer and we would have spent even more time outside!) The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots pans etc. There wasn't much in the way of pantry items such as sugar, salt pepper, spices etc so plan ahead and bring those with if you are going to cook. (We ended up cooking every dinner in as all the restaurants were either closed or super crowded due to spring break.) The furnishings and beds are all very comfortable, the A/C and furnace and hot water all worked fine. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, just a couple blocks to the beach. We had a very nice time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning our next visit. The house is stocked with anything you need (and more) for a week away, it’s decorated beautifully, and is so comfortable and roomy. The host is a wonderful communicator and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with everything. We stayed in December, so were not able to utilize all the beach equipment provided, but still spent time on the awesome porches and are looking forward to returning in the warmer months and enjoying all the place has to offer.
