Welcome to True South Farm, a 17 acre modern working farm 40 miles south of Nashville, TN where you can stay in the entire renovated Estate and meet miniature highland cows and miniature American ponies. True South Farm is the perfect escape from the city and a place where you can come to enjoy with friends and family, enjoy solitude, write, rest, enjoy the countryside, 360° views and experience the animals who will welcome you. The entire property sleeps up to 30 guests.
The Manor House (sleeps 22):
Built in 1966, True South Farm Manor House is a fully restored ranch-style modern farmhouse featuring 7 bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, full gym and a great room with large stone fireplace for gathering. Surrounded by mature evergreens, pool and pool house, sports court and stone pathways. This 7,000 square foot historic home sits 40 min south of Nashville and a short 20 min distance from the charming restaurants and accommodations of Franklin, TN.
The Barn (sleeps 6):
The Barn at True South Farm is a 1700 sq. ft restored barn that sits high on a hilltop overlooking panoramic views of the sprawling TN countryside. The Barn includes a private Master Bedroom and Bath with a soaking tub. A Second Bedroom with custom built in quad bunkbeds and private bathroom, equipped high end kitchen for cooking, Living Room with Large TV, Washer and Dryer, back patio with seating and fire table, use of grill and use of open green space.
Pool House & Pool (sleeps 2):
The Pool House is a renovated 900 sq. ft space with a King size bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, lounge, dining area and patio walking out to a 20 x 40 ft pool.
