great stay

The property was beautiful and close to downtown Nashville and all of the other things that we did throughout Nashville and the surrounding areas. We loved how clean the property was and how comfortable the beds were. The neighborhood was fine but the surrounding area was a little bit concerning.

Served it’s purpose

The house is nice. The cleanliness of the main living areas were passible. Bedrooms were clean. All bedding and towels were clean. The vanities and the toilets were clean, but both showers were not cleaned prior to our stay. Needless to say we had to clean the showers ourselves prior to using them. Couple things promised were missing and we had to provide ourselves. No hand soap in one of the bathrooms, no dish soap, no coffee, and no laundry detergent. Few issues. Toilet in one of the bathrooms was running which the PM offered to get a handyman out to fix, but we were going to be gone. The seal on the fridge door was detached , so if you didn’t close the door super slow it wouldn’t seal properly and the fridge would start beeping. The major thing was the downstairs a/c unit stopped working and it was hot in Nashville that week which was uncomfortable. Ubers to broadway will run you between 20-40 based on the time of day. Couple fixes and a better job by the cleaners and it would have been a fantastic stay. Overall it was ok and served its purpose.
