A large deck with a gas grill is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy outdoor meals, and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, an electric griddle, a blender, games, and YouTube TV for entertainment. Free WiFi is available throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected. The finished garage features a ping pong table, providing hours of fun. Holiday Stay

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near a golf course. We had difficulty with regulating the heat and found no instructions for how to set the thermostat. We would recommend the property manager setting the temperature at a normal setting to welcome guests. We also did not have a hairdryer in the rental. This seems like a basic necessity for guests.

Wonderful 2-Week Stay in Pinehurst

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed the Quail Lake East house for our 2 week stay in April 2024. The house is located in a peaceful, conveniently located neighborhood with views of the golf course across the pond. The house was furnished nicely, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked (and amazingly labeled!). We enjoyed the deck and the gas grill provided, as well as the ping pong room they have set up in the garage. The house was clean and completely set up for us when we arrived and we had no issues at all during our stay. Suggestions: there should be a bedside lamp in the 2nd bedroom, some direction on the use of the sort of complicated heat/air system, and hair dryers in the bathrooms would have been appreciated. We have been staying in Pinehurst for many years and this is one of our favorite rentals - hope it is available again in the future! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Reviewer Comments: We LOVED this location and the layout of this home was awesome. Perfect for our family of 4. So it saddens me to write this. Full disclosure- we did first e-mail our concerns to the management company, but they chose to ignore us, so here it is. The home was dirty. Lots of cobwebs and spiders inside the home that we had to kill and clean. The towels were bad, had a nasty/mildew smell to them. We went out and bought 2 new towels because it was so bad. Finally, the coffee was left in the coffee maker from whomever stayed last time and was moldy both in the basket and the carafe. So gross. They did bring us a new coffee maker after a couple days which we were thankful for. But was not a great start to our vacation finding and cleaning that!

Good location and easy stay

Overall, I would definitely book this property again. It was spacious, easy to access, and generally clean. We did have an issue with moldy dishes left in the dishwasher from a prior guest, but when I submitted a maintenance request the property manager promptly called me. I will say the refundable property damage deposit is particularly steep in my experience for Vrbo, and I am still waiting to get that deposit back several days after my stay. But generally, we had a good experience.
