After reaching the third floor via elevator access, step in to your bright Savannah escape, equipped with all of the amenities you could wish for.

The kitchen is fitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and provides plenty of space to prepare home-cooked meals. The breakfast bar is open to the main living space, ideal for hosting and entertaining your guests while keeping the conversation flowing. Guests will appreciate having this dedicated dining space with seating for 4, and a fully-stocked kitchen that fits all of your needs.

The living space consists of two plush sofas, a flatscreen television, fitted with a reading nook. Gather together at the end of the day, and catch up on your favorite shows. In the morning, open up the balcony door, and feel the gusts of the Savannah River while drinking your cup of joe.

Lovely, secure property close to everything

We recently stayed here for my daughter's 18th birthday. The location is perfect - right in the heart of historic downtown Savannah. There is a Starbucks and an excellent cafe next door. The beds are fairly firm, which was great for me, but may not be to everyone's taste. The coffeemaker is a regular drip, in case you would like that info for your packing list. Do be advised that the parking garage is located across an alley from the property, so if you park first, you will need to roll your items through the parking garage, up an elevator, across a small alleyway, and then up another elevator. You can briefly park in the alleyway to drop your items to avoid lugging them quite so far. The building itself has keypad entry and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants easy access to everything downtown Savannah has to offer.

We were extremely pleased with this unit. It was very pretty and clean. Everyone was comfortable. It’s also in a great location, convenient walk to riverfront and City Market. Access to free parking was great as parking is very limited in Savannah, we would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is located in a great location - most everything is within walking distance (under 1 mile) and there is a starbucks and a 5 guys restaurant within 50 feet of the building. I'd suggest trying breakfast at Toast or the chicken pot pie at Churchill's English pub 1 block away. We also at at the Pirates House (wonderful grouper and also pork tenderloin), as well as Dotties (great salad for lunch). We also ate breakfast at the Traylor Park next door - the first day it was great, but the second was average (not great service and the food wasn't as flavorful).A car isn't really needed and I'm glad we didn't rent one. We used Lyft to go between the airport and condo, and walked everywhere else. Lyft can be used for transportation elsewhere in Savannah. There is a public garage behind the condo if you are driving and need parking.The condo is clean, spacious, and well appointed. The master is much nicer/larger than the 2nd bed room (king vs queen, balcony vs no window).There were some minor issues...we could not download the Lucky Savannah app to either an iPhone or an Android phone, and every time we use the email link for their web page, it would redirect us to download the app (fails). That was frustrating. Previously, I logged in via a desktop PC at home, so I knew the website worked. I finally had to call the office and ask for a direct link to open their site on my phone's browser rather than the short link for the installed app. I gave some minor guidance to the friendly staff over the phone on how to generate the link for my reservation. I'm not certain how someone who is "non-technical" might have been able to get this resolved. Lucky Savannah ... Please fix this by either adding a browser link in your email or fixing the short link/app redirect.We also couldn't get into the room at 4 pm with the code from the website (wrong code given). It took 15 mins to resolve. The washing machine threw a

Walking distance to just about everything! Condo is very clean and has many nice touches. Parking is kind of complicated and getting parking pass back up to condo is kind of a hassle. App is very helpful with lots of good tips. Would definitely return to this condo

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very nice and conveniently located to everything! The parking was so nice to have. Loved our balcony! The only negatives were washer was not working properly and the water filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced.

The code on the app did not work for the unit door. The code had been changed, but I was not notified nor was the app updated. The customer service rep yelled out the new code without warning while I was on speaker, so I was worried that someone heard the code. At checkout, you have to leave the parking garage and then find somewhere to park in order to return the parking pass to the unit.
