Detached 2017 completely renovated holiday house with a large terrace, as well as 1 roof terrace, spacious Mediterranean garden, pool, 5 minutes walk from the Cala Llombards (sandy beach). The light flooded house with a living area of 210 m², distributed over 2 floors, has a spacious living / dining area with fireplace and open, modern kitchen. Furthermore, the house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. All rooms in the house are equipped with daylight and air conditioning. Palm trees, pine trees and oleanders surround the 800sqm plot with pool, a grille corner with a generous exterior kitchen and a spacious outdoor area. The house offers an undisturbed private atmosphere with absolutely central location. The nearest supermarket as well as a small bar / bistro are only 200m away. The beach of Cala Llombards is one of the most beautiful in the south of Majorca; there is a nice beach bar and sun loungers and umbrellas. The resorts of Ses Salines and Llombards are 5 and 3 km respectively and offer a variety of restaurants. The town of Santanyi is 5km away and is only 5 minutes away by car. The bay of Cala Santanyi can also be reached in a few minutes.

Family Vacation August 2023

The house was very nice, my family loved it, it is close to the beautiful coves they have, the host was very kind to us, my children would like to return to that house again, all they need is to make some arrangements to be able to continue renting a place like this, there are many ants, the air conditioning was damaged in one of the rooms, we had to be without air conditioning, there is no air conditioning in the living room, the washing machine was damaged, the water came out when we washed, very apart from everything This house is perfect, I hope they can fix those things that disappointed us

Tolle Auszeit mit Freunden in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr schön und genau wie beschrieben. Man ist super schnell an der tollen Bucht von Cala Llombards. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat uns bei allen Fragen kompetent weiter geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nice spot.

Property was as advertized.(which is always good news). Location allowed for easy parking (we had 2 cars for our familly of 7 ) Clean and pleasant with a nice pool. Well equipped kitchen. Good location close to beach. ( walkable, but we drove since we had plenty of beach things to bring) Check in and check out were fast and easy

Das Inserat beschönigt einiges. Schlafzimmer und Bäder waren in Ordnung. Die Küche samt Ausstattung war nicht sehr sauber, auch schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern war eher dürftig. 2 Trockentücher für die Küche, 2 Duschtücher je Person (sonst keine Handtücher), Strandtücher wurden auf Anfrage nachgeliefert. „Bibliothek „ und „Kinderspielzeug „verdienten den Namen nicht. Die Sofabezüge im Wohnzimmer waren fleckig….

Family vacation in August

We were a group of 8, including two children, staying at the property and we really enjoyed our time at Cala Llombards. The indoor layout is perfect for a large group and outdoor grounds are spacious and nicely landscaped. Bedrooms are good size with ample space to store clothing. The pool is a definite bonus when staying anywhere in Mallorca in August. One downside is lack of fans in living room and the outdoor sitting area under the balcony which would definitely make it much more pleasant and breezy during hot days and evenings. Overall a very nice property and recommended for families.

Herrlich! Ganz tolles Haus...

Das Haus ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen... alles ist bestens ausgestattet, tolle Küche, schöne Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich von morgens bis abends genutzt und auf der schönen, schattigen Terrasse haben wir täglich gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sind in den heissen Monaten wirklich Gold wert! Es ist nicht weit zur wunderschönen Bucht Cala Llombards, ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein nettes Café sind direkt um die Ecke und ein großer Lidl und ein Eroski sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen... wir haben das Haus mit 8 Erwachsenen bewohnt und der Platz ist wirklich mehr als ausreichend... wir würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in wunderbarem Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und genauso wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vermieter und Verwalter sind sehr nett. Cala Llombards ist ein schöner, ruhiger Ort und der Strand selbst ist sehr schön.

Super schöne Lage, wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die großen Schlafzimmer. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir waren in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Ruhe ist garantiert, Langeweile kam keine auf und wir hatten einfach Spass. Für uns, zwei Familien mit Kids, war es einfach perfekt. wir kommen wieder.
