Dana was incredibly attentive to detail and ensured that everything was perfect for my visit. She was readily available to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed. The home was immaculate, well-stocked, and exceeded my expectations. There is also plenty of green space in the neighborhood to get in a good walk with minimum traffic. It is close in proximity to shopping and entertainment and not far at all from local hiking trails. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Perfect Location and Home to Re-set
This was exactly what the doctor ordered. A perfect sized home in a quiet neighborhood, with parks, stores and anything else you could want or need within a 10-15 min radius. Host was very attentive and helpful ... quick with responses and a pleasure to meet. If you're looking for a place to escape that is the perfect size for two, four or more ... this is it !! Will definitely consider this as an annual place to stay. :-)

Humble Haven Holiday !!
Dana and Dave were great hosts. They were very receptive and welcoming when we arrived.The house was very clean, well laid out and there is lots of room. Nice / clean backyard with a heated pool and a very nice waterfall. House and backyard are pet friendly. The two car garage was nice and clean and will accept a short box pickup truck. The house is in a nice / quiet area just off Bell Rd. and is close to shopping, golf, spring training baseball etc. We had a great stay !

Wonderful home!
The home was located in a very nice, safe neighborhood close to shopping and many restaurants. There were green spaces with a walking path. The owners were so kind and welcoming and attentive to our needs. The property was decorated so well and furniture was newer and very clean and comfortable. The master bed was so comfy I slept so well there! The back yard was private and had a nice water fall pool in the yard which was a bubbler. This is a really nice place to stay I feel so fortunate to have found it. I absolutely would book this again!

Professionally, I am an associate broker with a local Arizona-based residential and commercial real estate agency (since 2003), occasional property investor/flipper, assistant with our family custom flooring installation business. I'm excited now to add that I'm a new host on AirBNB and hope to co-host soon!

This AirBNB model fits well with me and my family's lifestyle of living and working between two states - Arizona and New Mexico - as well as frequently traveling to my home State of California (SoCal native). I enjoy entertaining, art/ design, cooking, gardening, hiking, renovation-construction, exploring the wild outdoors.

I look forward to growing my skillsets, meeting new people, and expanding my world.

Why they chose this property

This property happens to be the first property I ever purchased, near where I attended graduate school. It's also the home where I started my family, started to explore real estate, explored design, and where my very talented co-host/ co-owner, David, built his first custom pool and waterfall feature, that continues to delight 19 years later.

What makes this property unique

This home has been the heart of our family for nearly two decades and lovingly maintained and landscaped. We love the location being so close to key attractions and areas around town, shopping and performing schools. We also love our community and neighbors - all so friendly and enjoying our local walking trails, playgrounds and parks.

The most tranquil element here is the Custom SPOOL (combo of whirlpool and pool, with jets and a swim jet) highlighted by a beautiful stacked stone waterfall. We spend much time morning and evening, outside on the patio or in the yard, enjoying the calming sound o the waterfall.
