About this property

XL vacation apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Our newly built house is located 3km from the center of Radstadt, in the middle of the ski resort Amadè.
The bike path and the cross-country ski run are in the immediate vicinity. Central starting point for hiking tours!
We offer you a large apartment with 3 bedrooms (depending on occupancy), each of which has its own bathroom / WC.
Each room has its own balcony and TV. The kitchen offers plenty of space for larger groups.
You will also find enclosed garages and a sauna. Free WiFi. You are welcome to use our rustic barbecue hut.

Great place at affordable price
The appartment is specious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom and access to a nice balcony. The garage for 2 cars is also very convenient during winter time.The hosts are very open and hospitable, always ready to help.Schladming is very near, Sportwelt stations at 20-25min drive.

Fantastic place to stay!
This house is wonderful. You get the entire top floor, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The place is super clean, quiet, just a few minutes drive from the city center, groceries, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The owners, Lisa and Joseph, live onsite and are so nice/pleasant and so very helpful. The kids loved meeting the family pet goats, Petta and Muhlie! This place is a great central hub for equidistant driving to great places like Hallstat, Salzburg and Berchtesgaden.

Perfekt!
Die Unterkunft ist top sauber, die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr bequem, jedes hat ein eigenes Bad, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann wunderbar in der Sauna entspannen. Perfekt für Familien, man kann gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer sitzen. Unseren Kindern haben auch der kleine Spielplatz vor dem Haus und die lustigen Ziegen gefallen. Es sind mehrere Skigebiete in 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Loipe ist aus dem Fenster zu sehen, obwohl wir leider keinen Schnee hatten. Vielen Dank an die wunderbaren Gastgeber!

Immer wieder gern
Der Brunnerhof ist ein sehr moderner Hof mit dem Charme der typischen Berghütten. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt und für den Rest sorgen die lieben Gastgeber; ob Sauna, Grillen oder der ein oder andere Ausflugstip. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und die zahlreichen Pisten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicher gern bald mal wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Gastgebern
Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Lisa und Sepp sind sehr nette Gastgeber und waren immer sofort zur Stelle, wen wir einen Wunsch hatten. Die Sauna ist toll und wir haben sie nach einem langem Skitag gerne besucht. Man erreicht mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Skiegebiete, besonders Zauchensee hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können die FEWO nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns nochmal bei Lisa und Sepp für die herzliche Betreuung.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit mega freundlichen Vermietern!
Ich habe noch nie eine Ferienwohnung in solcher Qualität nutzen dürfen. Alles super sauber und voll funktionsfähig. Zugang zum Balkon von jedem Zimmer aus und bei 2 Zimnern auch privates Bad. Küche vollständig ausgestattet! Aber das Beste an diesem Objekt sind die Vermieter Lisa und Josef - herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, als wenn man befreundet wäre! Danke für die 5 tollen Tage! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

The communication with the hosts was perfect, the apartment was very clean. Our boys 9, 4 and 2 really loved it as did we. Good mountaintrips closeby, great thermen as well.

Fantastic Mountain getaway
From the beginning, we felt very welcome by Lisa and Sepp. The apartment was pristine, stocked with everything you need with plenty of room and awesome views from both balconies. They had a multitude of flyers for local activities and suggested places to hike/eat as well. We have already put a request in for next year with them. We can’t wait to go back since there is so much more to see and do. The time with Lisa, Sepp and their kids was wonderful and we all look forward to seeing them again.

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Schon bei Anreise wurden wir von unseren Gastgebern herzlich empfangen und auch der Aufenthalt auf dem Brunnerhof war toll! Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit eigenem Garagenstellplatz, morgendlichem Brötchenservice und sogar der Mitnutzung von Grill und Grillhütte hat es uns auf dem Brunnerhof an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen!

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern
Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Lisa und ihr Familie sind ganz zauberhafte Gastgeber, die einem an nichts fehlen lassen. Ihre tollen Tipps rund um die Skigebiete haben wir gerne angenommen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Selten solch liebevollen Gastgeber erlebt! Der Abschied viel schwer. Wir kommen wieder ob im Sommer oder im Winter. Hier sind Kinder willkommen. Die Vielzahl der Palette an Erlebnisangeboten in naher Umgebung ist umwerfend. Den Hausberg Rossbrand kann man vom Haus aus erklimmen. Ob mit Rad , Wandern oder halt Auto. Ich habe es auch mal mit dem Rad gemacht. Was für Hobby Sportler. Oben ist die Aussicht umwerfend und man kann ja da auch mal einfach Abendbrot essen auf 1800m. Die Abende in der Grillhütte am Haus sind unvergessen.

Wahnsinns-Ferienwohnung mit Wahnsinns-Gastgebern
Super-schöne Lage, extrem gut zu erreichen - und großartig mit Kindern, dank Trampolin, XL-Schaukel, Bastelhaus und bestens gelaunten (sehr gefräßigen ;-) Ziegen. Unbedingt die Grill-Hütte ausprobieren, wenn möglich! Kommen garantiert wieder.

Ein wundervoller Skiurlaub
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten!!! Great place for large family!
We were only there two nights with a family of 7. Took the train to Salzburg which is a 1 hr 30 minute trip. Spotless house, girls had fun feeding the baby goats, and hosts were super nice. Bring coffee with you if you need your morning fix. Would stay again.

Zeer mooi verblijf
Dit is een zeer mooi verblijf. Alle slaapkamers beschikken over een eigen mooie badkamer. Goed en fijn ontvangst door Lisa. Fijne plek voor een paar overnachtingen richting bijv Kroatie maar ook een ideale locatie voor diverse uitstapjes in Oostenrijk. Zeer schone, nieuw en mooi verblijf. Eigen afsluitbare garage is ook fijn.

Einfach perfekt!!!
Auf der Rückreise von Kroatien haben wir zwei wunderschöne Tage in Radstadt verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt, uns wurden Ausflugstips gegeben und die Kinder hatten riesigen Spaß mit den Tieren des Hofes. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, alles neu und sehr sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

New, spacious and lovely apartment in a great location for skiing in Ski Amade!
We spent a fantastic week in Radstadt in Lisa's and Sepp's holiday apartment. The apartment is new, very comfortable, spacious, very well equipped and very clean. It was perfect for our needs, i.e. two families with children. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living area plus a double garage that we could use. There is also a sauna, which is great! Lisa and Sepp are great and very welcoming hosts! There are many ski resorts around, but our favourite one was Zauchensee, which is especially good for children. Flachau ski area is also great! Overall fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend it to everyone!
