Newly Renovated with Finished Basement

This beautiful house is located near Lake Michigan in Northwest Indiana, less than 10 minutes from the expressway and toll road. There is a stainless steel kitchen, spa bathroom, finished basement and bar with sleeping capacity to accommodate two families. This is a smart home with Ring db, lights and thermostat controlled by your voice. We are less than an hour drive from downtown Chicago, and there are many great beaches nearby. Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.

The garage will not be available until summer 2022. However, there is plenty of parking on the double driveway.

This is a very safe neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Easy access to Central Ave. which will get you quickly to restaurants, shopping and the highway.

NO PARTIES, or large gatherings of any type. Confetti of any type is not allowed on the premises-interior and exterior. I like my neighbors and they like me. Please only smoke outside, either on the deck or out back/front. SMOKING in the house will automatically get you a NEGATIVE REVIEW. No Pets.

Great stay
The house has plenty of space to spread out and everyone can enjoy different activities. The basement was a great place to hang out, play games, and watch TV. The kitchen is large with all the amenities you need to cook. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others stay as well

Fabulous house
We affectionately refer to this property as the Christmas house! The antique sleigh is a big hit with our grandchildren. We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always our first choice when we’re in the area. The house is very spacious, clean and homey. We have a large family and have plenty of room to spread out. The hosts are absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!

Like going to stay at Grandma’s house
Rented this home to stay over the weekend while in town for my daughter’s wedding. Lovely home with a lot of space! Home was clean and had many amenities. Home is older so the floors squeak a lot in multiple places. Does have a large deck with a built in bar B que. There is a pool but was drained/tarped. Was told it is not used due to liability issues. Driveway has space for two cars comfortably. Home is close to town, Lake Michigan, and Indiana Dunes.

We had a wonderful stay - beds are comfortable, house is furnished and appointed well. The home has great character, right down to the one-of-a-kind furnishings. Home was clean, spacious and the kitchen was stocked with essentials - far better than most rentals. We would definitely stay at Robert's home again on duture trips.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts communicated well and they even let us grab some beach towels before check in. The house was very clean. Ample room for our family of 6. Short drive to Indiana Dunes National Park. Would stay here again!

Great location for a group!
This home was well equipped and stocked for our group of 5 and could easily have accommodated many more! The layout also allowed us to enjoy movie nights together and then have privacy in our own spaces. Great location- we were 10 minutes from West Beach, and grocery stores were 4-6 minutes away.

Very nice comfortable place to stay up near the great lakes, house was exactly as show in pic's, fun things for kids to do, and plenty of room, we took 9 and all had plenty of space.

The listing does not do this properly Justice! We loved the out door kitchen area, the community was quiet and friendly, beds were comfy! The kitchen had all that we needed! The owners were responsive to any questions we had! The location was perfect to get to the National park! We had a great time here!!

Great Spot!
The property was clean, spacious, and in a great area central to many attractions including the Dunes! Neighborhood felt extremely safe! There was 8 of us total (4 kids, 4 adults) and we never felt cramped. Robert was wonderful to work with. Would stay here again!

A lovely and fun property for a college reunion of a few of us. Well cared for with many guest amenities (eg well stocked kitchen, plenty of hangers etc.). Attentive and responsive host. Our only regret, we discovered the foosball game in the basement too late into our stay!

Peach street met all of our needs. We have a large family and we were easily accommodated. The house was clean and homey. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. I would recommend this property and hope to stay here in the future.

May be our new week-end getaway
This place is exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee, and necessary tools to prepare meals. We appreciated that we could brew a pot of coffee for morning and then use the same device for a single cup in the evening (K-cup). The place was clean and the house was plenty large enough for families. There were only 4 of us but could have accommodated many more. The large bathroom with jacuzzi tub was a plus. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths. The host was communicative and helpful. There was no requirement for last minute photos, extra paperwork, or rules. Check in and out was simple. There are nearby places to eat and purchase any necessary items. We really enjoyed our stay.
