About this property

Sunny apartment with a large south-facing balcony in Braunschweig Kanzlerfeld, quiet area, lots of green. In the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center with Edeka market, a bakery with a nice cafe, pizzeria, post office, playground, flower shop, hairdresser and pharmacy. Good bus connection to the city center of Braunschweig.

The living room

The apartment is best suited for one or two people. The city center is easy to reach by public transport, the apartment and the balcony invite you to relax. The pizzeria is highly recommended and the cafe opposite is cozy.
The kitchen is fully functional. Please do not use the dishwasher. It has never been used, so I don't know if everything is tight.
In the photos you will find a sketch of where to park and where the apartment entrance is.
My daughter-in-law has the key. She lives one floor up. Please write an email at least one day before arrival so that you can arrange for the keys to be handed over

A lovely stay

This is a beautiful apartment which is close to our son in Braunschweig. Very clean and quiet with everything that we needed. It is very close to the bakery and cafe, the pizzeria and the Edeka supermarket just across the road by the traffic lights is brilliant. Close to the main road and buses. We hope to go back again.

Richtig klasse

Auch wenn wir auf Grund eines Seminars nur selten in der Unterkunft waren, können wir sie nur empfehlen. Tolle Raumaufteilung, eine herrliche Ruhe und eine tolle Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Vor allem der Kontakt mir der Vermieterin war hervorragend, vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder in Braunschweig sind, ist das unsere 1. Adresse.

Alles da für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Ich bin sehr froh, diese sehr gepflegte und freundlich eingerichtete Wohnung für unserem Aufenthalt in Braunschweig gefunden zu haben. Der Check- in war denkbar einfach und Frauke hat auf jegliche Fragen super schnell reagiert. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Restaurant direkt vor der Tür. Mit Bus oder Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt oder auf der Autobahn. Sogar Lego gibt’s 😉

Empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles wie im Inserat vorgefunden. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, Bäckerei und Pizzeria in 3 Minuten Entfernung. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Familienbesuch in Braunschweig

Wir sind inzwischen schon fast so etwas wie Stammkunden, nach dem 4. Besuch in diesem Jahr. Wie immer verlief alles wie gehabt, problemlos. Bei deisem Besuch haben wir mit unseren Enkeln (2 + 4) die Spspielplätze direkt vor dem Haus erkundet

Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Die Ferienwohnung, die ich gar nicht als solche nutzen konnte. Grund war nicht die Fewo, sondern meine Unternehmungen vor Ort, die mich erst abends wieder dort ankommen ließen. Aber ich muss sagen, dass ich mir diese Adresse merken werde. Hier ist es so schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist für jeden, der etwas Zeit drinnen verbringen muss, dabei. Und selbst die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Selbst meine verspätete Anreise war kein Problem. Gerne wieder. Ronald

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchen. Ein Bäcker und ein Edeka waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon hat uns einen guten Start in den Tag verschafft.

Gelungene Auszeit

es waren nur 2 Nächte, doch die Zeit konnte man in der Ferienwohnung sehr genießen. Die Angaben der Vermieterin waren alle korrekt. Wer sich wohlfühlen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Die Ferienwohnung wirkte sehr einladend und war es auch. Alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden, sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir hatten mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch, mit sehr viel Verständnis. Wir kommen wieder.

Einfach Klasse

Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Es war alles da, alles super sauber und gepflegt und auch angenehm ruhig. Stadt ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen (ca 1h) und die Einkaufmöglichkeit vor der Tür ist auch super praktisch. Alles in allem kann man diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!
