This is a self-catering home. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, Tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a Publix grocery store, Walmart, and Target all within 1.5 miles.

We have a self-check-in system via smart lock and individualized door code. Check in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check out is any time before 10:00 AM.

We are available during office hours between 9AM and 8PM eastern seven days a week. Please notify us of any issues so we can remedy them ASAP! The best way to reach us is on VRBO message platform.

Note the pool is only 3 feet deep. Use of the pool is at your own risk. There is a child safety fence per Florida law. No glass allowed around the pool.

Hurricane season is June 1-November 1. Please purchase travel insurance in case of weather, family illness or emergency.

We will not issue refunds for the closing of any resort amenities.

For your safety there is a security camera (Ring doorbell) on the exterior of the home which is motion activated or by ringing of the doorbell. If you tamper with any camera, you will be asked to leave the property with no refunds.

There is no United States Postal Service delivery to this address.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this property as I attended a virtual work conference and we enjoyed 4 days at Disney world. The drive to each of the 4 parks was less than a 20 minute drive. The home was well stocked with everything that you may need. We loved the artwork in the kids room and the private pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Orlando getaway

Property is very clean with all the amenities. Disney, universal are close by along with many restaurants and shopping areas. Relaxed in the heated pool onsite and used the community pool for the water slides and lazy river.

Family getaway

This is a comfortable home in a nice and conveniently located community. It is very accurately depicted in the listing and has everything you could need. The house should be especially nice for a family wi younger children with the cute bedrooms and the small pool . The home internet and our personal T-mobile service were all a little slow, but everything worked . A comfortable stay with no unexpected problems.

Another great stay

We returned for another stay but a longer duration. Just like last time we had no issues at all. Comfy beds, warm pool, well stocked kitchen. Very close to everything! We loved it the first time (last year), we loved it this second time and I’m sure we will go back again if we are going with the same group. Cori is extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. Thanks again Cori for a great stay! If you are debating if this is the right place for you, just do it! You won’t regret it!

Just as described! A great location and property for a family vacation!

Our family of 6 rented this unit in January 2025. The accommodations were just as pictured and the description was spot on. Great location, clean and family friendly. The host was in constant communication (after booking, day of check-in, day after check-in and the day of check out) to ensure everything was ok and making sure we had everything we needed. The provided guide was also very helpful. This was our third time staying in Storey Lake and it will not be our last. Thank you to the host!

Awesome Experiance

We had 5 adults and 2 kids with us. The property was very clean and the right size. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The Checkin process was very easy. The kids loved the pool, which was nice and warm even though the air temperature that day was in the upper 60s low 70s. I would definitley recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful rental

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super clean and comfortable. A wonderful place to relax after a long day at Disney. My younger children loved the themed rooms and my older teen enjoyed having his own space in the downstairs bedroom. I highly recommend.

Excellent Family Accomodation

We were really pleased with this property. It was well kept and great for the family. We had kids ranging 18 months - 12 years, and all of them enjoyed it. It was so nice for adults to be able to visit outside while the kids played in the pool. We had access to a larger pool with a lazy river, which we all enjoyed. The proximity to the parks and other amenities was also great. We really enjoyed this place!

Property was as advertised. Plenty of space for two adults and two children. Custom paint in the kids’ rooms was very well received and the house is centrally located (Walmart, restaurants very close), not too far from multiple parks and the airport.

The place was equipped with all the essential need for a stay. The grocery store was down the road as well as easy access to the major attractions. The place was supper clean. Would rent it again in the future.

Absolutely the Best!!!

We rented this unit in a hurry after our previous place fell through. Talk about a silver lining! The townhome is exactly as pictured. There was a ton of space for my family of three and my parents. The interior is beautiful and functional. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the appliances worked like a charm. The outdoor space and pool were the highlight of our trip. We spent so much time out there, we never wanted to leave. Everything about this rental is completely professional, the signage, the welcome guide, it’s the best we’ve seen! The beds were comfy and my daughter loved the Mickey and friends room. What was most appreciated was the extra sheets and towels. Most units skimp on those items and it was so nice to have them available. The unit has no rear neighbours and it is so peaceful. At night it was really quiet. Storey Lake itself was huge but lovely. The main club house and lazy river were awesome and within walking distance of the unit. You need to drive to the second club house but it is much less busy and the staff are fantastic, definitely try it out! The location of Storey Lake is ideal for pretty much anywhere. So much nearby and way less traffic then we experienced in the Windsor Hills area. Very close to Disney and the drive was easy. You cannot go wrong by booking this place!!!

Beautiful property and perfect location

My family stayed at this property while in town for a cheer comp at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. The house had anything and everything we could possibly need. The location to the competition was very convenient- maybe a 10min drive. And Cori was incredibly responsive and accommodating. If we are in town again we will definitely try to rebook this property.

Perfect get away!

Everything was perfect from the beginning. My family didn’t have any issues getting checked it. My wife and kids arrived before me due to work travel. They were accommodated to get in without me. The home was clean and very welcoming. Everything you needed was close and we never actually left off the property. The walk to the main pool area wasn’t long and we did some fun fishing in the back. We actually caught a really nice bass and threw it back. The checkout details was well defined and made preparing easy. I would hands down stay directly at this location again! Thank you Cori for being such a great host as well!

Fantastic vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the spacious rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the pool, access to the water park and proximity to the Disney Parks! Cori was fantastic as well. Clean and well equipped

Everything was smooth between check in, during stay and check out. The property was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were nice but we prefer firmer mattresses and found them a bit soft for our liking. The pool was heated and very comfortable - perfect temperature and not too warm so it was still refreshing on a hot day! Easy drive to the Disney parks too!

Highly recommended!

We are so happy we booked this place for our stay, we really enjoyed it. The house has a great layout and is very welcoming. The kids loved their themed room and the bed in the adult rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you need. The pool was so warm, the kids went in pretty well every day. Cori was very quick to answer any questions we had. This house is very near to grocery stores, shopping and Disney (if that’s where you are headed). Highly recommend. We will be staying again when we return to the area.
