Living Room – Entering the condo right away you will notice the massive open concept living room, kitchen, and dining combination. The Living Room features a plush sofa with queen mattress pullout, loveseat, coffee table, entertainment center and large flat screen TV.
Kitchen – The Kitchen and Dining combination off the right of the condo entrance include a 6-person dining room table and 4 counter height stools for the eat in kitchen. The condo includes a full selection of cookware, bakeware, and kitchen essentials for guest use. Recently updated stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
Master Bedroom – An oversized suite with tons of natural light and modern coastal décor. The master features a king size bed set, blackout curtains throughout, desk and office chair (perfect for remote work during your stay!), full length mirror, corner reading chair with lamp and large Samsung flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, double-sink vanity with makeup vanity and walk in closet.
Second Bedroom – A second bedroom with queen size bed set, twin bunk bed with storage, flatscreen Samsung TV, closet and blackout curtains throughout.
Hallway Closet – Upgraded efficiency washer and dryer for guest use.
Hallway Bathroom – Across the hall from the second bedroom is the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination and upgraded marble surface counter tops.
Balcony – Oversized balcony with beautiful views of the lush mangroves.

Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 3 parking spaces are available, 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: 1 medium dog allowed, $20 per night additional charge. Rental Agreement signature required in order to stay with a pet.
Accessibility: Accessible by 2 flights of stairs only, no elevator
