Take in a glorious view of the ocean from a wraparound private balcony, set up with plenty of furnishings so you can enjoy the view. This colorful corner condo offers up a comfortable hideaway perfect for guests looking to be near the ocean. The entire condo is cooled by central air-conditioning, and each bedroom features a ceiling fan so you can fall asleep at your own temperature. Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, so there will be no issues getting ready in the morning. Just put together a picnic basket (or even just some refreshing beverages) in the full kitchen and you're on your way. Guests will also be able to enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay.

Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.

Clean, well-kept with amazing views

Large, nicely decorated condo. Amazing views. Great amenities. Location is good but beach is not private. There is a public entrance right next door which made the beach very crowded. There are 2 reserved parking spaces that we loved. No searching for parking. Pool and restaurant onsite is a nice add.

Never again

The party on the beach went on all night for several nights. So don’t sleep in the room by the balcony. There was a leak in the kitchen sink which I had to deal with management for two days while I was on vacation. There was a terrible smell under the cabinets because the pots and pans were not cleaned under the cabinets so pick out what you will use and put in the dishwasher before using. To top it off you have to wear these green arm bands the whole time you are there. The beach was closed the whole time we were there due to rip currents so the pool was overcrowded. Will I come back ? NO!

Great View & Location!

We enjoyed the location of this corner unit on the 5th floor overlooking the beach and Pineapple Willy's Restaurant just next door. The unit has three bedrooms and perfect for 3 couples. Covered parking on the same level is reserved & included for only 2 cars, so our 3rd couple's car had to be parked at a lot nearby. It was ok, just not ideal.

Pretty Wonderful

CONDO CONs: Lots of walking to parking, no hairdryer nor beach chairs (which I thought they said they had). Glass doors a little hard to open/close, especially largest area door. But overall these are minor. CONDO PROs: BEAUTIFUL!!! Three large rooms each with own bath, great view out fairly large (wraps around the corner) balcony, clean and well-cared for. No Stairs - just lots of walking from parking to door since you are on a corner in front of the water. Had replaced countertops in kitchen since pics taken - nice kitchen. Lots of skillets and pans but no broilers nor baking sheets (my sis likes to roast vegies) and a crock pot is available. Plenty of dishes and glasses and silverware. General: Resort it is in is big on letting you know their rules - on paper - but can't even provide a map of the layout in resort - follow the rules but won't give you anything helpful to you on paper to find things (we never did find the indoor pool nor fitness center but we weren't too worried about those areas) - but is clean and well cared for and nice resort/public areas - nice pool and beach area. They rent beach chairs and umbrellas. ($45/day two chairs and one umbrella). $100 fee to get into resort on arrival (once) and two parking spaces on same floor as condo (no map to find them - they are actually very close to the door (handy) and we still missed them for a day or two). Must wear their ID bands at all times. But condo itself was great - all the way. Just needs a hair dryer (or three - one for each bathroom) and a step stool for us shorter folks in the kitchen. We'll likely be back - just plan on lots of walking (but no stairs). Lovely. Beach sand very fine - feels good to toes once at your place but harder to trudge though because it is so fine- the larger you are, the more you sink in it. Really a beautiful spot and cons were minor - overall we were very pleased and pampered by the lovely large apartment. Balcony is wonderful for beach viewing, relaxing. TV in every bedroom and in the living room.

Everything was great. Easy to get in touch with company for issues. I only had one issue.

The only issue I had was it took me 30 minutes to get the correct code to get into my room. Other than that it was a great trip!

Excellent location but condo a bit old and small parking

The location is excellent and very easy to access the beach. The pool and hot tub are great. The room has an excellent view. However, it's a bit old and not very clean. The oven was broken but they replace the new one on the last day (not really help). The chair in the dining room was not stable. One of them almost break. When we checked-in, there was no email for the door coding so I had to phone in. Then the support provided me with the wrong code. We were able to get in because they saw us on the camera that we had an issue. The parking is so small. it's really hard to park and my van got scratched by the passenger door because there was really no room to open the door. My advice is to back park the van!!. We got 2 parking spots but we had to pay like $105 per spot on top of the room charge which I think it's already pricey. Overall, it's not that bad if you want a nice view of the ocean but you can't see the sunrise at this beach because the east it's on the opposite side of the beach and the tall building is blocking it.

Great view

Had a great visit! Resort has a lot to offer. Our unit was very clean and had an amazing view. The only downside was the parking. Vacasa wouldn’t give us the code for the garage and we’re late getting us the door code for entry. Had to keep calling. Other than that it’s a great place to stay

Disappointed

Unit was great however lacked in cleanliness. Thankfully we had some Clorox wipes and laundry detergent with us. Could not even get in at check in time after a long drive as they were still “cleaning”. Code was not sent to us for entry until over an hour past check in time. Vacasa misrepresented information, made false promises, and did nothing to try ace compensate us for any of the issues we faced or for leaving 2 days early due to a family death(they had told us they would credit us for 2 nights through Vacasa once they inspected the unit but later refused) 😔
