The holiday home is located in the tranquil holiday resort of Sukosan, on the Zadar Riviera, approximately 10 km south of the provincial capital of the same name in Northern Dalmatia.

The 3-story house offers 2 modern equipped apartments, each with its own terrace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Boat owners in particular will be fascinated by the perfect location, directly on the sea, with a view of their own boat at the private boat dock.
A beautiful hedge as tall as a person surrounds the relatively large, well-maintained garden with a notable lawn area that invites grilling. The two car parking spaces are located in a sun-protected area on the enclosed property. Along the length of the house, Mediterranean flora blooms in all colors, and a beautiful palm tree has been feeling at home here for years, while a small fountain rounds off the idyll.
The friendly landlord couple has lived in Germany for many years and is therefore perfectly prepared for guests from German-speaking regions. The landlords own a small motorboat with 5 HP for max. 6 people, which can also be rented by the day to make excursions in the surrounding area on one's own. Pets are not allowed. If needed, the landlords' washing machine can be used.
To the popular beach named "Kinderparadies" it is only 200 m. This is a partly gravelly, partly sandy beach with a sandy sea bottom, which is shallow and thus best suited for bathing even with smaller children.
At the beach, there are several cafes, a pedal boat rental, and similar amenities. The town center is approximately 200 m away. There, you can find all other tourist-relevant facilities, such as an ATM, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, additional restaurants and cafes, boat harbor, and similar establishments.
