This beautiful 4,000 sq ft home with 6 bedrooms 4.5 baths is ideal for family reunions, retreats or just a quiet getaway. Located 2 blocks from downtown and 4 blocks from the lake this home has plenty of bedroom and gathering space on 3 separate floors. Front porch and back deck with gas grill are available for use. A perfect year-round spot to reconnect with friends and family.

This house can sleep 16 people in comfort in four 2nd floor bedrooms, one 1st floor bedroom and one lower-level bedroom. The beds include 3 bunk beds (twin over full), 1 full bed, 3 queen beds and 3 twin bed. There is a living room on each of the three floors plus a bar room and dining room on the 1st floor. Bedroom (queen bed) and full bath on 1st floor, no stairs required.

This house is expandable to accommodate a total of 28 guests as the adjoining property is available to book as well. Located approximately 20' behind the main house, the duplex property has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 separate kitchens and living rooms. It is ideal for those guests who want to be together but also have a separate space away from the group. There is a front porch with swing and a rear deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Ample off-street parking via 2 driveways and a 2-car garage (fit 6 cars total). High-speed Wi-Fi, coffee service, fully stocked kitchen, linens and paper products are all included. Baby gates, pack and play, wagon, beach toys and highchair are all available upon request. Pet friendly - 1 time pet fee of $25

As a large extended family it was perfect lots of room to spread out also main floor family room large enough for all of us to gather. Could of used more lamps some room only had overhead lighting. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

To celebrate another decade my girlfriends and I visited Lake Geneva for a fun weekend! This place is huge! With 10 gals, the need for space, including bathrooms, is crucial. And this checked off all of our boxes! Location was perfect.

Thanksgiving Getaway
This home was exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway! Plenty of space for our multiple family group with great gathering spaces for all of us. Everything was clean and well kept, and just as the listing described. Location was great for walking to the lake and to downtown. Host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a group trip!
We hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and could not have been happier. Walking distance to everything - lakeside yoga (highly recommend Frank with Yoga Lake Geneva), brunch, boating, nightlife. The perfect weekend! We loved exploring the house - so many surprises with a new bedroom each time we opened a door. We loved it and can’t wait to plan our next stay!

Comfortable and spacious home within walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva. Wonderful front porch and back deck as well as multiple areas in the house for small group gatherings. Plenty of plates, silverware for a large group. Beds are comfortable and there was a little wagon we used to transport children to the playground and the beach. A great home away from home!

Big house for family reunion; great location
This house had tons of space for our week-long, large family gathering. The hangout spaces are well-suited to a large group, with good, open flow between the kitchen, living room, and deck. It was very easy to walk to town and to the beach. Mike was very responsive every time I contacted him. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the bedroom layout is a bit of a maze, with some bathrooms not overly convenient to the bedrooms. But again, there is a lot of sleeping space and hangout out space, so overall it was a good set up for our large family.

Family Gathering
This was a great house for a large family gathering with children aged 13-16 months. The older children enjoyed having a large bedroom that slept up to 9 and with its own separate space with a couch and plenty of room to keep out a fierce game of monopoly during our stay. Close to the beach, a playground, and shopping. Michael was a great host and we all throughly enjoyed our stay.

GS Getaway
Our troop stayed for two nights for the winter festival event. The location to the downtown was a 10 minute walk. The girls were all able to sleep in the bunk bead room while the adults each had their own bed. The house was perfect for our stay. We had a few questions and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We talked about returning in the summer and would definitely book this house again. Had a great time and made some memories.

Great Holiday Experience
The house description and location as to downtown Lake Geneva was very accurate. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was with all daily essentials for cooking. The entire house has everything you could need as in towels, bed sheets, pillows, bathroom and cleaning supplies. What made this experience the more special was how nicely decorated for the holidays the entire house was. No matter where you looked there was some holiday decor to make the experience feel so homey, warm, and inviting. Thank you, to the owner for making it a wonderful stay.

Family time
This was a great place for all of the kids and grandkids to gather for some R and R. Great location where we didn’t have to deal with downtown parking. Very walkable. Quirky home layout, but plenty of space for our group. My only suggestion would be to switch out the deck furniture for some that don’t need cushions, or get a deck box to put cushions in so they aren’t wet.

Plenty of room for our family of 20
We have 8 adults and 12 children (4mo -8yrs). More than enough room for noisy active children to play and explore while adults had quiet places to hang out. Game table for kids board games and quality puzzles, supplied by owner. Everything we needed for the kids was available. Comfortable beds, soft linens, plentiful new towels. We comfortably ate all meals in-house. Good kitchen supplies, three refrigerators. Good location, walk to town. Great host!!!

Great for big families
This house was perfect for a holiday weekend getaway for a big family. We had 4 separate families staying plus kids and dogs and there was more than enough room for all of us. We really appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and the second fridge came in handy with so many people staying at the house together. The large dining room table was also a plus. The house was within walking distance of downtown Lake Geneva which made it convenient to get into town without worrying about parking. The walk itself is doable with kids in a stroller or wagon but might be a bit far for toddlers or elderly to walk. The host was very easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Short Family Vacation
The location was great! House size was large enough to accommodate everyone with smaller areas for privacy or quiet time when people wanted. The kitchen was smaller for the size of the house and amount of guests to feed. We felt the kitchen lacked enough supplies to cook and feed everyone, especially forks and the cooking utensils were very random and sparse. Like 1 small cookie sheet and only a 2 piece toaster. We made due but we were constantly washing forks and search for dirty ones once someone fished eating. There were very few hand towels and dish towels and no strainer to dry dishes in. The owner was accommodating and offered to bring more by if needed before we left. But we made due and washed more laundry and dishes to accommodate our needs. We are a family that cooks almost every meal and hardly eats out. If you eat majority of your meals out, you would probably get by. A kitchen inventory I think is on the list once we leave. Overall we would stay here again.

Awesome Lake Geneva Getaway
The property was perfect for a large group of friends to be together and visit Lake Geneva. The house and grounds were beautiful. There was plenty of room to gather together as a group (even at the dining table) as well as space to have some alone time! The location is perfect - within walking distance of the downtown area. The owner responded promptly to all our questions. We would highly recommend this property for a large group visiting Lake Geneva.
