The bright and friendly apartment is located on the third floor of the new building of Villa Linquenda. The 63 sqm apartment is high quality furnished and can accommodate up to four people. It has a living area with sofa and flat TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an additional flat-screen TV and a second bedroom with two single beds.  The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Two balconies complete the offer of the apartment. A cot (free of charge) and a high chair can be provided free of charge.

The apartment house Linquenda was built Easter 2007 as an addition to the Villa Linquenda and has eight comfortable apartments. The house is only about 100 meters from the fine sandy beach and the promenade. Your breakfast rolls, Ahlbeck's versatile gastronomy, shopping, Ahlbeck's landmark - the historic pier - are about 300 meters away. Usedom's well-developed cycle and hiking trails start right outside your doorstep. All apartments are high quality and furnished with attention to detail. Interiors made of beech wood, terracotta tiles, carpets and decorative fabrics ensure a warm ambience. Children's travel bed and high chair are available on request free of charge. There is a car parking space for each apartment. Please note that if your car is a bit bigger, the parking could be a bit tight.  In the basement of the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. A bicycle storage room is available in the house. Balcony furniture is available for the balconies / terraces.
