The core renovated apartment in 2017 on 120 sqm is located in the historic Ludwigstrasse, the most beautiful street in the distance. It offers you a unique view of the entire mountain world from the Karwendel Mountains and the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze to the Kramer and Wank.
The decor is luxurious. Of particular note are the natural wood floors (oak planks) and the modern bathrooms. The living area extends to about 70 square meters and combines living room with dining area and open high-gloss kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can use a combination of washing machine and dryer and there is a Weber grill on the balcony.
You will find a wide range of shops nearby.
You will feel very comfortable!
Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located between Munich and Innsbruck. Excursions to the nearby royal castles and Tyrol are easy to do.

Lovely apartment in old town

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. As said by some previous people - check in process wasn't fantastic. This wasn't helped as I didn't have my mobile working overseas but there was no contact via email ahead about the process. There were stairs, but easily manageable. The apartment had fantastic views of the mountains and had plenty of room. Just outside our door you are on the main street in the old town, close to everything. Would definitely recommend to stay here when in Garmisch.

A sunny week in a real panoramic appartment in the historic Ludwigstrasse

We had a good stay in the roomy appartment on the 3rd floor. One car could be parked next to the location, one in an affordable parking garage located nearby. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the beatiful street and a bakery and supermarket were close. The beds were ok, so was the kitchen and the utensils, plates and glasswork. A few minor things could be slightly better like the tile floor and chairs or places to leave clothes in the bedrooms . The panoramic view was really like advertised.

Tolle Lage

Wir wollten eine geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Bädern in zentraler Lage. Das haben wir gefunden. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr groß, modern und eine tolle Lage in Partenkirchen, direkt im Anschluss an die historische Ludwigstraße. Sehr zum Weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern

Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig, mit toller Aussicht. Das Tageslichtbad ist groß und modern, leider war das zweite Bad nicht in Ordnung - Fliesen waren nicht verfugt und wackelten. Der Staubsauger war leider defekt.Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auf der Lampe über dem Esstisch und den Deko-Weinflaschen war eine dicke Staubschicht, hier wurde schon lange nicht mehr Staub gewischt. In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch die Filtertüte vom Vormieter...Wir fanden es auch nicht angemessen, dass es bei so einer großen Wohnung (wir waren 2 Familien) nur einen Schlüssel gab.Leider gab es in den Schlafzimmern keine Nachttische und auch nur Deckenlampen. Dies hatten schon Mieter vor uns moniert, Abhilfe z.B. mit kleinen Tischchen o.ä. wurde aber leider bislang nicht geschaffen.Alles in allem würden wir - trotz der schönen Aussicht - die Wohnung nicht unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Girls Bavarian Christmas Trip

The views and location of this apartment cannot be beat, and the included parking space was super convenient. We rented this apartment as part of our girls trip to visit Bavarian sites and Christmas markets. The apartment was a perfect fit for 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need. The location is perfect for exploring Garmisch-Partenkirchen, visiting zugspitze and a quick day trip to Neuschwanstein. We did encounter a couple of issues but property management was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Charming place in the heart of Partenkirchen

Perfectly located, nicely appointed apartment located on Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen. Great views of the Zugspitze and the ski runs and ski jump and located near wonderful restaurants and bakery. And free parking for one car. It was perfect for us.

Amazing

Our group of three adults and three children had an amazing stay in the apartment! The location is great - close to everything and very pretty. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. The communication with the property owner was prompt and efficient. We made great memories and would go back in a heartbeat!

Tres bel appartement, fonctionnel et lumineux et proche de tout

L’appartement est grand, tres grand, lumineux et bien équipé, deux belles salles de bains, 3 grandes chambres etc…. Bref l’annonce est très fidèle à ce que vous louez et c’est tres appréciable. Le contact avec le gerant est aisé et la remise des clefs a ete simple et agréable. Le seul point négatif et qui n’est pas du fait de l’appartement sont les travaux dans la rue, qui nous a privé de sommeil (les ouvriers allemands commencent tres tot) et surtout d’une place de parking bien pratique, c’est franchement dommage et surtout nous n’avons pas été prevenu et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait. Alors oui, ça n’est pas du fait du propriétaire mais cela n’est pas non plus du fait du locataire. Pour le reste c’est un sans faute, nous sommes tres content du séjour ! A refaire (sans les travaux cette fois ! 😁)

Excellent location

Very nice apartment with stunning views in excellent location. By excellent location I mean - we did not use our car for entire stay in Garmish-Partenkirchen, everything was accessible by foot. Although apartment has some signs of worn out, it is still very nice and modern. Well equipped kitchen.

Familien Urlaub in Partenkirchen

Leider war der Aufenthalt nicht wie gewünscht. Die Wohnung hat nicht versprochen was erwartet wurde. Der Balkon war für sechs Personen viel zu klein, die Balkonmöbel waren ziemlich heruntergekommen. Bei einer Steckdose fehlte die Abdeckung - und wir waren mit einem zweijährigen Kind in der Wohnung. Außerdem würde uns die Wohnung mit Parkplatz angeboten , der Parkplatz war aber während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufgrund von Straßenbauarbeiten nicht nutzbar. Dies ist sicherlich nicht dem Vermieter anzulasten, wir mussten aber auf eigene Kosten einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus anmieten. Die Kosten hatten vom Vermieter übernommen werden müssen Wir waren sechs Erwachsene Personen, trotzdem würde uns nur ein Schlüssel für die Wohnung ausgehändigt, .. was eine ständige logistische Herausforderung warng

GAP family vacation

The property was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views! It was very clean and modern with a great kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. The apartment was located on the historic Ludwigsburg Strasse and was directly across from a bank and a wonderful fresh fruit and vegetable market! The only thing we found lacking was the bed in the master bedroom, the mattress was tilted and very uncomfortable. However this can be remedied and we would love to stay at this property again!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, toller blick

Wir hatten als Familie (3 Generationen) eine tolle Zeit in Garmisch-Patenkirchen. Vom Balkon hat mein einen tollen Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Die Agentur war gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, was mit zwei Kleinkindern und offenem Fenster an manchen Abenden etwas laut war, aber insgesamt war es trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Die Ausstattung war auch gut, wenn man viel kochen möchte hat das ein oder andere in der Küche gefehlt (z.b. ein Messbecher), aber das ist ja auch normal in Ferienwohnungen. Wir haben vor Ort alles zu Fuß erledigt und haben 1-2 mal den Bus genommen. Auch die Anreise mit dem Zug war problemlos.

NYE suprise!

We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable.

Nice stay in Garmisch

We had a lovely stay in Garmisch in a nice little flat in a beautiful part of town with amazing views! The kitchen and rooms were sufficient, but as others had mentioned there are not bedside tables to put items. We did have an issue with the door of the washer not opening. It was broken and someone had left bed linens in the washer. We attempted several times via phone and email to contact the property manager, but never got a response. It was over the Christmas holiday, but I had hoped someone would eventually respond. My husband YouTubed the problem and we used a credit card to open the latch. I finally got to wash my clothes. I even rewashed a load of their sour bed linen. In the end, it was a nice trip. The views are worth it!

Schöne Unterkunft, tolle Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich.Ideal mit Kindern, jeder hat seinen Rückzugsort. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach unbezahlbar. Man ist schnell auf Wanderwegen und super in der Nähe um auf die Alpenspitz oder Zugspitze zu kommen.Die Ludwigstraße bietet alles was man braucht.Schöne Läden,sehr guter Kaffee im Ludwigs Kaffee, traditioneller Bäcker am Ende der Strasse, frischer Käse,Joghurt, Wurst etc.in kleinen Läden zu erhalten. Reichlich Restaurants vorhanden. Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle zu unserer Zeit vor dem Haus,aber die wird ja bald Geschichte sein, und vielleicht könnte man noch Nachttische und kleine Lampen am Bett einrichten.Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful views

The view from the balcony was spectacular. Apartment was well located, with plenty of privacy. Modern and well kept. No parking, to speak of….we had to park several blocks away in an underground parking garage, due to construction by the apartment.

Perfect location

The apartment was lovely. The owner was always available to answer questions. The view gorgeous and location in the center of lovely Partenkirchen was perfect. The only negative was the number of stairs we had to climb to get to the apartment. We were not prepared for that. We were a group of seniors in our 70’s (one in his 90’s) and climbing those stairs especially with luggage was a challenge. Otherwise - we had a lovely stay.
