About this property

Casa Tabladito with heated pool and fantastic sea views.

Our newly built house is located in a quiet secluded location, on a 5300 square meter plot, surrounded by nature. Flowering shrubs adorn the terrace and various fruit trees give the whole complex a Mediterranean atmosphere. Individual areas and terraces are natural.

You will enjoy a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the natural surroundings from all rooms.
The house was built from 3 contiguous units in typical Canarian style with high, open ceilings.
The bright living room with sofa bed, fireplace and built-in kitchen is equipped with large sliding glass doors and leaves nothing to be desired.
2 bedrooms also with sliding glass doors, one with a large built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom and the other with a free-standing wardrobe and separate bathroom, each have an exit to the pool terrace.
Our infinity pool is normally heated (depending on the current water temperature) from October to the end of April. 2 large terraces with open views of the sea and the countryside belong to the house.
The one, "green" terrace can be reached from the terrace located directly on the house via a staircase.
For a comfortable and relaxing stay there are 4 sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue.
Just a few meters above the house, the island trail GR 130 passes.

Ruhig und entspannt
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Casa Tabladito.Das Haus ist neu und es wurde an alles gedacht.Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut und der Pool und die Aussicht fantastisch. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Wer Menschen und fußläufige Restaurants und Geschäfte sucht, sollte sich die Lage vor dem Buchen nochmal genau anschauen.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wunderbares Ferienhaus auf einer wunderbaren Insel
Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es ist sehr sinnvoll aufgeteilt und alles was man benötigt ist auch vorhanden. Der Pool ist fantastisch, so wie auch die Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Von uns gibt es eine 100%ige Empfehlung.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage. Der Empfang vom Hausverwalter hat super geklappt. Die Aussicht war traumhaft und erst einmal die Ruhe. Es hat uns soooo gut gefallen, dass wir die Finca noch im Urlaub für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben. Eines möchten wir aber noch anmerken. Als Gäste werden wir gebeten, unter anderem mit dem Trinkwasser sorgsam umzugehen. Wenn man in der Küche, oder auch im Badezimmer heißes Wasser haben möchte, dauert es sehr sehr lange. Klar in der Küche kann ich den Wasserkocher benutzen, auf dem Herd die Herdplatte einschalten. Im Badezimmer ist das eher schwieriger. Aber auch beim Strom soll man sorgsam sein. Vielleicht besteht ja die Möglichkeit eine Zirkulationspumpe nach zurüsten. Schön wäre auch der eine oder andere Handtuchhaken im Badezimmer, für Dusch und Handtücher. Wie aber oben beschrieben, ein super Urlaub in einem super Haus. Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr.🌞🌞🌞

Das Objekt entspricht genau den gezeigten Bildern. Alle Bereiche (Haus, Pool, Garten, Terasse, Möbel und Terassenmöbel) sind äußerst sauber, sehr gepflegt und in hervorragendem, nahezu neuwertigen Zustand. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, tags und nachts hört man außer Grillen und Vögeln sehr wenig. Parkplatz, Haus, Terrasse und Pool sind ebenerdig (ohne Stufen). Das Haus: modern, sehr schön und bis in die Details geschmackvoll, durchdacht und mit Liebe eingerichtet; die elegante Küche verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr, Utensilien und hochwertige Töpfe/Pfannen; wie das Objekt insgesamt sind Betten und Matratzen ausgezeichnet; Die Terrasse: die Terrassenseite hatte ab ca. 10 Uhr Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang, für jede Tageszeit steht jedoch ein ausreichend großer Platz mit Tisch und Stühlen im Schatten zur Verfügung; Pool und Blick: unbezahlbar. Betreuung: der (deutschsprachige) Hausmeister war sehr schnell erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nicht hoch genug loben: Wir haben uns 14 Tage rundum wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Lovely view with spectacular sunsets. Nice pool which we paid extra to get it up to 28 degrees. It took two days to heat up but was worth it. Lighting is a bit dim and the lack of a micro wave was annoying. Some extra shade or cover on the patio would make it even better. Would not advise anyone to check in after dark as the road in is very narrow and twisty. the cleaning charge was a rip off as you are expected to clean the place yourself before leaving. 130 pounds to change beds and towells is ridiculous.

Liebe Familie Rutishauser, wenn wir 10 Sterne geben könnten, würden wir das tun. Wir haben 14 wundervolle Tage im Casa Tabladito verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick auf den Atlantik war noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Wir werden für kommendes Jahr wieder bei Ihnen buchen. Herzlichen Dank!

Traumhafte Lage
Das Haus entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr angenehme Urlaubsruhe aus der Umgebung heraus. Sehr gut zu erreichen über die Zugangsstraße. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den super schönen Blick jeden Tag genossen.

Ein Traumhaus in einer traumhaften Umgebung.
Dieses Haus bescherte uns den schönsten Aufenthalt, den man sich denken kann. Sehr gute Ausstattung, angenehm warmer Pool, absolute Ruhig-Lage. Da stört es nicht, dass man einige Kilometer zum Einkaufen fahren muss und der Strand nicht gerade in der Nähe ist. Das Ehepaar Rutishauser ist sehr bemüht, alles gut zu organisieren und das Haus in einem TOP-Zustand zu erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen wieder und haben bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht!

Exzellente Finca in den Bergen La Palmas
Wir durften 15 Tage lang zu Gast sein in der wunderschönen Finca von Familie Rutishauser. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Empfangen wurden wir vom sehr sympathischen Hausverwalter, Herrn Fibich, der sich vor Ort um alles kümmerte. Da in und um die Finca herum jedoch alles tadellos war, benötigten wir seine Hilfe nur bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Finca selbst liegt recht ländlich gelegen abseits einer Hauptstraße, so dass man in völliger Ruhe seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Der beheizte Pool trägt immer wieder zur Entspannung bei. In der Finca merkt man die Liebe zum Detail und die deutsche Gründlichkeit. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und auch die restliche Finca lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Gutes WLAN ist ebenso vorhanden. Eine exzellente Unterkunft, in der wir irgendwann bestimmt wieder Gast sein werden.

Exponierte Lage, sehr gute, moderne Ausstattung.
Seit vielen Jahren urlauben wir mehrmals pro Jahr in Ferienhäusern Europas. Eine gute Ausstattung, absolute Ruhe und uneinsehbare Alleinlage sowie ein top Meerblick sind für uns wichtige Kriterien. Dies wurde alles mit der Casa Tabladito bedient. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Besteck und Geschirrausstattung der Küche. Für 4 Personen ist das 2,5-fache vorhanden...sogar Eierbecher! Uns fehlte lediglich ein Wasserkocher (hatten wir bislang in jedem Ferienhaus) und ein Handrührgerät, da wir gerne kochen und zuhause essen. Wir hatten im November leider öfters Regen, manchmal waren es kurze, heftige Schauer. Da wäre es wünschenswert gewesen wenn eine der Terrassen eine Überdachung gehabt hätte sodass man auch mal den Wäscheständer oder anderes im trockenen hätte stehen lassen können und nicht innerhalb von 1 Minute alles vor dem Platzregen in Sicherheit bringen muss. Dafür gibt es 1 Stern Abzug denn der Regen hat Tische und Stühle dadurch für die nächsten Stunden unbrauchbar gemacht. Ansonsten können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hat in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung entsprochen. Ruhe PUR. Die Raumaufteilung von dem Haus hat uns (3Personen) begeistert. Sofern möglich, werden wir auch für 2019 wieder buchen.
