This large Lake Front Home has 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom and three living rooms, all tastefully "Lake Life" themed. Located on a beautiful waterfront setting, it has a private pool/jacuzzi and games room. Enough accommodation to suit larger families or groups seeking spacious amenities sleeping up to 12 guests. The main master bedroom, which is located upstairs, has a king-sized bed and offers a screened in balcony which overlooks the pool and lake. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 3rd master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, the 4th & 5th bedrooms have 2 twin size beds in each room. There is also a full size sleeper/sofa in the living room which sleeps 2. The pool patio area has a gas grill/BBQ for outside cooking and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range and dishwasher. The home has a laundry room with washer and drier and there is ample supply of towels and linens. There are TVs in all bedrooms and lounge areas as well as high-speed internet. The games room offers a Pool table and Foosball. This vacation home is located on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and conveniently located for the other attractions. There are a vast selection of restaurants, shops and other amenities located nearby. Cumbrian Lakes has a children's playground, soccer nets and a nature trail/jogging track round the main lake. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. Pool heat is optional for an additional fee.

Swimming practice & Disney adventures

We enjoyed our stay in Cumbrian Lakes. The house was spacious and relaxing. We choose to heat the pool, definitely worth it! Swimming and relaxing in between Disney days.

Nice Place for a Group

I liked this property but a couple of issues. Lots a sugar ants that had to be exterminated. Furniture required repair. They do not fill propane so BBQ was useless. This really irked me as we would have to fill the tank for someone else’s use.

House was as described with privacy and nice view of a small lake in the back. Guest experience could be improved by a few simple and inexpensive things. You need more and better quality towels. Also, you should supply adequate household products ( paper towels; kleenex boxes ; garbage bags ; dish waher soap : bathroom toiletry & soap ; small paper baskets in rooms ; etc. At a minimal cost, the guest experience would greatly improve. Hopefully, this is helpful to the host. I speak from experience as we also have rental properties through VRBO.

Awesome stay

Booked this house for me and some family friends that are all drivers for the Mecum auto auction. The house was amazing and cozy. Was extremely close to the arena we were driving at. Will definitely book again next year.

Vacation home

We stayed 10 nights with 8 adults. Tv in every bedroom. Plenty of space and lots of washrooms and showers. Games garage was enjoyable. Place was great. A little more attention to detail, cleaning , dishwater would be helpful.

Great House

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Only downside was the ants, maybe spray before each new family stays. They were everywhere, even in the bathrooms.

Great for family but needs improvement

This home is great for large families with plenty of space for all. Check in was not so smooth, the wrong gate code was given to us. After following another car through the gate we were able to reach the house. I did message the owner to request early check in that same day but I received no response. When we entered the home we found that the pool was green, I then called Vrbo and was put in contact with The owner David. His response was the house was just check the day before and the rain must have turned the pool green, but the other homes beside us with pools were not green. David assured me that he would get this corrected, which he did the same day. The pool company came and put shock in it, but my kids were disappointed they could not swim till the next day. There were seven of us and everyone complained about the beds not being comfortable. My wife and I woke up every morning with Back pain. I Would like to stay here again but would like to see a couple of improvements. The towels were very rough and it would have been nice to see this upgraded. The pool light did not work, only the hot tub light worked. Swimming at night was a little difficult to see. The game room in the garage was way to hot, there is a portable ac unit but could not cool down the garage. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again, but with the beds being so uncomfortable we might look somewhere else.

Beware..

The good...spacious, good location, nice neighborhood, walkable, comfortable bed in the master. THE BAD....pool area was filthy, chairs were black with mold stains, spa heater was malfunctioning..we stayed for a week, called every day regarding the hot tub being just barely warm and the pool cold. We were given the runaround, basically we were told that it was user error (ours) that the hot tub was not hot. Turns out ..on the 5th day, they had a person come out and what was wrong with the hot tub could not be fixed while we were there. So they heated the pool, which was nice, but we wanted and paid for a HOT TUB. (we were refunded the heating cost). The master bedroom shower was moldy around the shower head, Other than the master the other beds in the house were very uncomfortable..we had one person leave because she could not sleep on the mattress and she tried different beds. The recliners in the living room didn't work. They did send someone to address that but he was only able to get one working. All the light bulbs in the light over the lanai table needed to be replaced.. The balcony outside the master was FILTHY...Not enough towels..then we found a pile of them in the dryer AFTER we went to Walmart and bought kitchen towels. No supplies in the kitchen..I think there were 2 dishwasher tablets..there were 12 of us there coming and going..we used those 2 in the first few days. No dish soap. No sponges. No salt/pepper. I could go on and on but you get the picture.

Fantastic holiday

The villa was amazing with plenty of space for all of us. The pool was wonderful and the view over the lake was spectacular. Great location for easy access to all the parks. A big thank you to David the property manager who always answered our questions very quickly which helped us get ready for our holiday. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Orlando

Family Vacation!

We had a great stay! David was very quick to respond with the issues we did have. The grill was complete disgusting and rusted and within 24 hours a new grill was delivered and put together, we had issues with ants, and within 24 hours there was an exterminator there to fix the issue, the only complaint we really had was the cleanliness in some of the rooms, we found a very old McDonalds nugget under the beds, and random trash in the rooms and bathrooms that wasn’t taken care of prior. Other than that we had a great stay. The pool & hot tub was very nice. We loved the child locks on the back doors and the gate around the pool for our kiddos too!

Beautiful Home

Poor mattresses

Each mattress proved to be extremely uncomfortable for each person. You could feel the coil springs!!! None of us slept good!! House very poorly equipped for 8 people. No dish soap adequate no garbage bags no soap for dishwasher. Thin old towels that I would not let any guest in my own home use. Recliner non functional by wall by pool. Location was not as advertised. Very disappointing stay for 8 people. Money should have been spent on mattresses not paint or carpet.

Great villa and location

For 9 people, the villa was ideal. Clean and very spacious with good facilities/equipment. The pool was a great hit with all, especially the children, and was clean and well maintained. Cumbrian Lakes is an excellent location for the shops and restaurants in Kissimmee and for all the Park attractions. Very quiet and felt safe.

Cumbrian trip

The home was beautiful and comfortable however there were some things that need to be addressed-the game room was super hot no a/c and the outlets didn’t work making the space unusable -also coffee maker was stuck so we couldn’t make a pot of coffee -outlets in some bedrooms didn’t work -the downstairs living room couch one was broken and couldn’t move it was stuck in an open position -the clock in the master king bedroom was broken-the previous tenants garbage was left in the outside pails and there was a fly infestation which was digusting -

Great location!!

This property could be much better. The online listing is accurate, but there's a lot of little things that takes away from it. Specifically, 1) there is a K-cup/coffee pot combination, coffee pot side was broken; 2) Alarm system wasn't working. This was reported several times and finally repaired(?) on our last day. This was a little concerning because you can look thru the front door (all glass) straight to the pool area. We made sure no lights were on downstairs when we settled for the night. 3) The heat in the garage where the game tables were located, was extremely hot. 4) The size of the bar soap provided was just enough for hand washing. 5) Mold on the edge of the master balcony. 6) Stains on the sheets in the master bedroom. I could list more, but I sure you get the idea. This could really be a fantastic place, but detailed and deep cleaning needs to be done.
