Storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 350 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 350 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Golf course 18 km, tennis 1.5 km, gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 350 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ice rink 800 m, children's playground 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 40 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n C1 dans la montée. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
