On the 900 sqm plot with Mediterranean garden and mature trees invite different terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. In addition to a large, covered terrace with sea views, there are two double bedrooms, a friendly living and dining area, and modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. The house has satellite TV (modern flat screen TV), central heating and washing machine. Both long sandy beaches and the city center of Calpe with many shopping and entertainment venues are only a 5-minute drive away. Public swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurants are within a short walking distance of about 5 - 10 minutes from the house. Pets are not allowed.
