The Carriage House, located at Demunds House on Little Hill Estate is the perfect destination for wedding travelers whose events are located within minutes at Friedman Farms, The Beaumont Inn, Appletree Terrace at Newberry Estate, Irem Pavillion, Huntsville Golf Club and Shadyrill Farm!
The Carriage House grounds feature a 50 foot private pool, outdoor living space with fireplace , marble gazebo, and tremendous gardens throughout the ten acre property. The grounds, along with the 18th century colonial architecture, iron gates and stone walls are the perfect backdrop for wedding and nature photography! If this isn’t enough, the indoor living space has a unique tuscan feel with high end appliances and finishes!
The Carriage House accommodates 8 guests, with outdoor, covered, entertaining capacity for 20 hosting a “pre-wedding” intimate family/friend dinner. (Heaters available for chili evenings)
Most of the photographs feature the carriage house, however the large black front door with the two story columns depict the main house where photographs can be taken. All the grounds and stone patios are for carriage house use.
The Carriage House is the guest house of the estate and only available from May through October.
