This 80 m² 2.5-room apartment is located in the 2nd Upstairs and offers 2-4 people enough space for a relaxing holiday. The large bright living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining area. Flat TV and a hi-fi system with CD player are a matter of course. From the living room you can reach the light-flooded loggia, which is aligned to the Baltic Sea. The soil here hints at the good old times. Make yourself comfortable here with a good book or a glass of wine. Alternatively, the comfortable sofa bed with a mattress of 160 x 200 serves as a sleeping accommodation for two people. With light-tight curtains, the loggia can be darkened. The open kitchen is integrated in the living room and equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave etc. The spacious, quiet and modernly furnished bedroom with en suite bathroom is located at the back of the house and is equipped with a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a large wardrobe. Enjoy the lavishly tiled and spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub, washbasin / WC and washing machine. In addition, the apartment has a guest bathroom with shower and vanity / WC. A free parking space is assigned to the apartment. This is located in the Heringsdorfer Parkhaus "Am Zentrum", about 8 minutes walk away. A place for loading and unloading is located directly at the house. Firewood we will gladly deliver to your apartment. For this service, we charge 5.00 euros plus the firewood costs 6.00 euros / bag (about 20kg).  For free use, a travel cot (without bedding & mattress), a highchair are available.

The seaside resort of Heringsdorf is one of 3 imperial baths on the island of Usedom. The well-preserved and well-kept old town center with its mostly elaborately renovated Jugendstilvillen has a wonderful charm. The Villa Kramme is located in the center of this beautiful place, long walks are not there. The beach, the pier, restaurants and cafés can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Purchases are also possible in the immediate vicinity. Sauna and spa services are offered in nearby hotels and the Baltic Sea spa.  Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Please note that the performance of internet connections on the island of Usedom may not be up to your usual level. Especially at peak times, when almost all holidaymakers send their pictures and news home or to the social networks, it regularly comes to failures.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
