SEPARATE ENTRANCE

Here you live directly on the cliffs by the sea. The nearest beach of Vale Centeanes is a 5-minute walk away.

The living room, bedroom and terrace face directly south towards the sea and offer the best sea views. On the terrace you have a dining table for 4 people, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and parasol.

There is 1 sofa bed in the living room, on which 2 more people can sleep if required. The flat can therefore be used by up to 4 people. There is also a dining area and a TV in the living room. The flat has free WiFi and air conditioning (extra cost) in the living room and bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob with oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the room next to the front door.

From the terrace it is only 20 steps to the Atlantic Ocean.

If you need air conditioning, we charge 50,-€ per week.

Please also ask about the monthly winter prices for long-term tenants.

In the months of November to March, electricity is charged according to consumption (25 cent/KWh).

SURROUNDINGS

The centre of Carvoeiro, where there is a beach, numerous restaurants, small shops, banks with ATMs and the post office, is just five minutes away by car. A colourful market with typical Portuguese handicrafts invites visitors to stroll around.

There are also equestrian centres, two water parks, a diving school, Zoomarine, golf courses, tennis centres and plenty of water sports facilities in the vicinity of Carvoeiro.

The bathing season lasts almost all year round.
Large shopping centres and supermarkets such as Intermarché, Aldi or Lidl can be reached quickly by car.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point for discovering the Algarve. This includes coastal walks, fantastic beaches, the Monchique Mountains with their 900 metres of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (approx. 2.5 hours' drive) or an exciting day trip to Seville in Spain (approx. 2 hours' drive).
In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evenings.
