It offers all the comforts of home including 5 Smart TVs and an outdoor gas grill all within walking distance to the beach. Shipyard is a quiet gated community perfect for those looking to rest and relax. Shipyard is a great spot for those who enjoy outdoor activities while on vacation: on site pool, short walk to beach with easy access, bike on the many secluded & shaded paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the unique 9, 18 or 27 hole options at the Shipyard Golf Course. All within minutes from the condo. Located just across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort which offers a restaurant along with an outside bar. King in BR1, King in BR2, 2 Twins in BR3 plus 2 Queen sleeper sofas. Spring Break

Place was as described. Two floors was bonus. Loved that there were 3 1/2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Nice to sit on back deck for morning coffee. Short walk/ bike to Beach. AMAZING Sunrises!

Wonderful family trip

We had such a wonderful vacation here! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, just minutes from the beach on a walking path. The resort is peaceful and relaxing, and the unit itself is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. We also really enjoyed our nightly bike rides!

Two great weeks with my whole family

Had a wonderful time together. We did enjoy the access to the beach with babies. Some crumbling tile work on the floor. Handle on sliding door was broken off and sitting on a table. Bugs were not bad, which is a huge plus for me. Parking is an issue. Not enough spaces. Wished there was at least one designated spot per villa. Overall, mostly happy with the villa.

Beautiful unit

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachwalk unit within the Shipyard community. Under 10m easy walk to the beach. The unit was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Nice TVs in each room and super comfy living room made for a fun hang out area. We look forward to returning!

Excellent in every way

Spent thanksgiving here with our family and everything was perfect. We’ll equipped kitchen 2 separate living areas which was ideal and three very comfortable bedrooms. Also very convenient to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

The property is close to the beach and the bike path. There is a sweet little deck and outdoor dining area. There is so much room and space for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely House, but too far from Pool and Beach

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally were booked into 125 Beachwalk, which is next to the pool, and a 7 minute walk to the beach. We were notified the week of our trip that there was a problem with 125, and we were being moved to 209. The house was comfortable, but we were expecting to be closer to the pool and beach, which is why we chose 125 in the first place. This property was as far back as you could get on Beachwalk. We ended up having to drive to the beach because it was too far to lug all of our chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. Deck was very small and super cluttered - we couldn't sit out there if we wanted to because it was so overcrowded with furniture and tables and stuff. Beds and furniture inside were very comfortable, unit was clean and bright.

Comfy beds

This is a great location as it’s a quick little bike ride or a 10 minute walk (depending on how much stuff you bring). There is. Bike path right near the turn so you don’t have to walk with kids through the parking lot. Very comfortable beds and it’s really nice to have the two separate sitting rooms for kids to play games in and adults to hang out and chat in the other. It was a nice stay overall.

Nice Condo for the weekend

The only feedback I have is to get rug tape for the rugs and to replace the cooktop so the controls are not in the front. The knobs are easily able to be accidentally pushed because the stove is located on the island and everyone leans over or walks by constantly.

Excellent Place

This place is immaculate and equipped with all needed amenities. Extremely clean and very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Bike path is feet away and beach is 200 yards away.
