There is a shopping center within a mile with a grocery store, pharmacy, and several dining options
Scottsdale's newest thing are public scooters. Scooters are littered in the neighborhood and on every street corner. They rent for $1/hr and do not have to be returned to any specific location. Riding scooters is very popular and a fun way to get around.
The Scottsdale Trolley has routes through this neighborhood as well and will bring you anywhere in the old town area.

Lounge is $25 to hang out, drop bags of, have coffee, play pool, work, use of unlimited WIFI, watch TVs throughout and more
Lounge is $40 for all above with chef made food
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'
heating is optional and available at an additional fee. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
