Why they chose this property
This property is on the east side of Tucson with easy proximity to the hiking trails in the Rincon mountain range ( Douglas Falls trailhead at Sahuaro East National Park is a 15 minute ride straight east on the main road), and to the numerous trails at Sabino Canyon State Park ( also a 15 minute ride down Sabino Canyon Road). If you prefer to bike or walk, there is a long biking/walking trail along the Pantano Wash which will lead all the way to the Downtown area. Public Transport includes Buses which go to the University and/or downtown areas.
What makes this property unique
Very Quiet at night even though it is near a Main Street. This property is at the very end of a small townhome community and is located directly on a small wash. If interested it is possible to sometimes see wildlife crossing the wash. It is also dark enough to set up small telescopes if so desired.
