This exclusive and comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a magnificent, direct view of the Baltic Sea is located at the tip of the BeachBay holiday resort. The unique, fantastic location of this promenade villa directly on the beautiful sandy beach, the Travemünde estuary and the harbour entrance to Travemünde offers you unforgettable holidays.



The holiday apartment on the 1st floor has three bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. A filter coffee machine, a hand filter or a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules) are available for your coffee. Your personal wellness area consists of a bathroom with double rain shower, steam bath and whirlpool bath. In the 2nd bathroom you can relax in the sauna.



Enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony, the living room or the dining area and watch the large Scandinavian ferries entering and leaving the harbour from here, which are within easy reach.



The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant with outdoor catering is located on the ground floor of your Promenadenvilla.



The BeachBay holiday resort includes a reception, shops, restaurants and bars, ice cream parlour, playgrounds, bicycle hire, launderette and the Baltic Sea Station (environmental centre and aquariums with native marine animals). Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, 600 m² indoor playground, climbing wall, Lazermaze, adventure golf etc. is included for NOVASOL guests and offers fun for the whole family.



The four-masted barque Passat, a sailing ship from 1911 and now a museum ship open to the public, is moored in the neighbouring marina.



The Priwall is part of Travemünde and is an approx. 3 km long peninsula at the mouth of the River Trave in the Bay of Lübeck in the east of Schleswig-Holstein. Beach fun (with beach chair hire), swimming, water sports, cycling and hiking trails and much more are right on the doorstep. There is also an official, year-round dog beach here, ideal for your four-legged friend to run and play. The passenger ferry to Travemünde is directly in front of your Promenadenvilla, the car/passenger ferry is approx. 800 metres away and runs around the clock. Thanks to these two ferry connections, you can easily walk along the promenade on both sides of the Trave.



All registered NOVASOL holiday guests at this property receive one entry to the swimming pool at the aja-Hotel in Travemünde per stay. This offer includes a one-way ferry trip across the Trave (only in combination with the swimming pool entry). You will receive more information with your rental documents or at the reception on site.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.
