This beautiful 2500 square foot home is located in the Val Vista Lakes Community. It has a beautiful pebbletec private fenced pool. Guests have access to the clubhouse which amenities include: racquetball, tennis, pickle ball , weight room, heated lap pool, jacuzzi.

This is a very cozy home with lots of sitting area and a wood burning fireplace. It has beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a large jetted tub in the bathroom.
All the bedrooms are upstairs.

Easy access to all freeways. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Located about 30 minutes from down town Phoenix.

Great Stay

Host was great, easy to reach and was super friendly. Property was super clean and great for a family trip. Kitchen had everything we needed and the kids loved finding a Yahtzee game to play. Pool was excellent. Overall great stay would highly recommend.

Superbowl Weekend

Great house for visitors wanting to catch some sun. Plenty to do in the community or just grill some steaks by the pool and hot tub. Lots of amenities that made the stay very easy.

Wonderful place & location!

This VRBO was the perfect size and location for our family. The property manager, Stephanie, communicated with us, stopped by to meet us, checked in on us, and made sure we had everything we needed. When our return trip home was unexpectedly delayed due to flight cancellations, Stephanie worked with us to extend our check out date. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Fantastic

I was graded by her sister couple hours after I checked in, and she gave me some homemade salsa and chips. Very kind and Sweet of her. Made me feel very welcomed. Hospitality was amazing. Totally recommend.

After our prior host cancelled on day of arrival, I was able to reserve this property. Stephanie was so helpful and saved our family vacation to celebrate our Mother's 90th birthday. The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We were able to serve our family dinner from the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are big. The location was perfect and it is a very safe neighborhood. (left the keys in car overnight and it as still there!)

Amazing stay, amazing host, beautiful home and area

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Truly had the most amazing stay. Stephanie is an incredible host with the most beautiful home. Her communication was amazing and she is the sweetest person. Her home was breathtaking and was the perfect place to stay here in AZ. The clubhouse access is incredible, they have everything from a workout room to a beach-pool! I have zero complaints. If you book with her you won’t be disappointed. Can’t thank her enough for everything.

Amazing property and host

Beautiful location

Stephanie was great at communicating and made the stay easy. Her husband even came a day earlier than he planned to clean the pool at our request so the kids could swim, even though it was pretty cold water. Overall, our stay was great. The lap pool and hot tub at the clubhouse was out of order so that was disappointing, hopefully they get that back up and running before the summer months. There is another ‘pool’ that is pretty neat but only gets about 3ft deep. The jacuzzi tub at the house was not useable, however we did let Stephanie know so I imagine that would be cleaned (the jets) prior to another guest. She is very accommodating and is just around the corner. We would definitely stay again.
