Vacation home with private pool located near Menfi (about 3 km), in the province of Agrigento, and only 300 m from the beach. The house develops on a single level, has spacious outdoor areas, equipped terraces where you can dine al fresco and a barbecue area where you can prepare, for your loved ones, delicious dishes. The house is furnished with care and attention to detail and has a Mediterranean style. The garden area is decorated with typical local flowers, such as the bougainvillea, and plants, while the pool provides the necessary refreshment on warm summer days. The beautiful sandy beaches of Lido Fiori and Porto Palo, famous for their crystal clear waters, are nearby. Visit Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Trapani, Erice or take a detour to the thermal baths of Montevago.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
