Our beautiful old stone house with a breathtaking view of the lake is embedded in a historic village, 4 churches and a small playground. It is a traditional old Lombard stone house, which we have lovingly renovated little by little, largely with typical and ecological materials.
You enter the house through a classic old chestnut door. On the ground floor there are two basement rooms, one of which you can use to park prams, mountain bikes etc.
An old stone staircase with hand-hewn granite steps leads you to the 1st and 2nd Floor.
On the 1st floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a closed, open fireplace and a small seating area. To the left of the staircase is the living room, as well as a fireplace with a glass door. In the living room there is a sofa bed (for 2. People), a large dining table and a magnificent ceiling painting. Between the 1st and 2nd Floor there is a very nice little shower room with toilet. Between ground floor and 1st On the first floor there is another small room with a toilet, sink and washing machine.
The 2. Floor has two delightful bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 extra beds if required. From the hallway between the two rooms you get to the balcony with an intoxicating view over the entire lake and the surrounding mountains. A small seat and hammock invite you to linger.
All rooms offer a fantastic view over the long side of the lake. For the colder season, the house has a newly installed gas central heating in addition to the fireplace. The house also offers a baby bed, baby chair, grill, garden furniture, board games.
The house also has a garden in terraces below the house and a small pretty kitchen terrace with seating for summer meals.
Because of the traditional village structure, it is not possible to drive directly to the house by car. However, free parking spaces are available approx. 150m away.
In addition to a place of relaxation, the house is also an ideal starting point for active holidays, beach holidays or sightseeing. From the village of Campagnano you can go on wonderful hikes or explore the region by mountain bike or racing bike. The village had a nice little shop, which unfortunately is currently closed. Last year there was a meeting place for coffee, drinks and snacks on the square below the house.
