First floor of the villa. It combines in a very successful way modern furnishings with the charm of yesteryear. From the elaborately designed as a gallery corridor you reach the living room - the heart of the apartment. The cozy sitting area with flat screen TV is located next to the gem of the room, a tiled stove, which, however, fulfills only a decorative purpose. The modern large kitchenette allows several diligent helpers to assist in the preparation of meals. Refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob are in the modern kitchen of course. A large dining table, lit by a beautiful chandelier, invites you to share meals. The living room and the adjacent loggia surprise with elaborately restored stucco elements. The light-flooded loggia could become your favorite place for an exciting book. However, with your book you can also visit another favorite spot in the back garden and relax in the beach chair between the old apple trees. The two tastefully furnished bedrooms, accessible from the hall, are equipped with comfortable box spring beds and an antique wardrobe. At one of the bedrooms is another loggia to relax and retreat. Both bedrooms enjoy the comfort of a bathroom en suite. The bathrooms are lavishly tiled and have a shower and washbasin / WC, plenty of storage space and illuminated mirror. The larger bathroom has a washing machine.  A car parking space is available on the premises and is assigned to the apartment.

The Gründerzeitvilla Ruthenberg is located in the heart of the seaside resort Heringsdorf in a quiet but central location. On the way to the fine sand beach you pass restaurants and various shops. Also, there is no lack of a baker or butcher in the vicinity to be able to have breakfast every morning. In just a few minutes walk to the Heringsdorf pier, the promenade or the concert shell, where you will be entertained with various events.
