I am a retired telecom executive having worked in my career for 37 years. Since purchasing this property along with my two co-owners, I have been investing ample time to ensure our townhouse is pleasing and comfortable for our guests.
Why they chose this property
This property is located 20 miles north of Gibraltar, a 7 minute drive to Sotogrande and a 10 minute drive to Duquesa harbor. The property is a 10-15 minute walk to the closest beach and also has a 2 mile scenic walking path right outside of the house.
What makes this property unique
The location of the property provides easy 10-15 minute walking distance (2700 ft) to the beach, a 2 mile scenic hiking path and has easy access to attractions of Sotogrande (Gigi Beach, Marina, Sailing, Golf and Polo clubs) and Duquesa Harbor restaurants.
