Our refinished condo has a spacious Livingroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. (Sleeps 6)

Amenities include: Washer/Dryer, central heating/cooling, Roku TV, indoor/outdoor pool, & tennis courts.

The check in process is easy with keyless entry. Along with the beach, there are many local restaurants and shopping centers in walking distance.

Nice location. Clean and bright condo close to bay and beach.

Very functional, clean and well-kept condo. Cabinets could use updating—some drawers did not open, others did not close. No potholders or kitchen towels—bring your own. Not a big deal. Comfortable beds and couches. Good layout w/master separated by the living room from my 2 teenage boys. Having w/d in unit was very convenient. Also nice to have was the outdoor seating on patio. An umbrella for the table would be a helpful addition for outdoor dining for those who burn easily (3 gingers in my group!). Indoor pool looked cloudy so we didn't use. Outdoor pool is smallish but clean with lots of loungers. So great to be walking distance to grocery (3 minutes down the dock) and about 7 minute walk to beach. Also 3 minutes to “OC Hopper”—water taxi to points down by boardwalk if you didn't want to drive. Several bars/restaurants within 10 minute walk. It was about 15 minute drive to boardwalk, but many places to shop or eat on the way there. Sunsets by the bay were lovely and sitting by the water with morning coffee was quiet and calming. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place!

Great Time!

Clean, great sunrise & Sunset view! Matt was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire trip. Would recommend to anyone if they want a great place to stay at in Ocean City, Maryland!

Great place

The place was great. It was clean, but there were some dust bunnies under some furniture, nothing bad and we've seen worse at other rentals that were managed by the big company in town. It's a little small, but not cramped or uncomfortable by any means, and that's with 3 teen boys. The location to us is perfect. It's located near all our favorite places and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The few times people nearby were making noise later in the evening, we couldn't hear them unless we were outside and nobody was too loud or anything. Sound carries on the water that's all. The furniture is nice. The kids didn't complain about their beds at all, the master could use a new mattress for next season I'd say but it wasn't terrible. We slept well. I did tell the owner we feel the kitchen could use some add-ons. We cook a lot during the week to save money for activities and the kitchen could use a few small items to make food prep and cooking easier. The owner was really quick to respond, check in was very quick and easy. We'd go back if it's available next time. Oh, the pool has a lifeguard, which is rare, and nice I guess, but for us, we prefer longer pool hours. We like to go for a swim before calling it a night but that's a complex issue, not an owner one. We had a great vacation!

Not well kept

Upon arrival digital lock didn’t work to get in property! Cleaning people had to let us in and property owner finally came about 8pm to reprogram lock on door so we could lock the condo upon leaving. Couch was stained and most furniture wore out or old! Chairs outside broken and owner advised and he had more delivered during the week. Owner expected us to put couch cushion covers in washing machine to clean for him? If he does not live close he needs to hire property mgr to take care and make sure property is kept up and clean! Gate going into condo barely works! ! Needs to be upgraded all over! Very run down and where repaired was done cheaply!
