San Diego is a GREAT place to vacation. The Beach has so much to offer families looking to escape the heat or for a STAY-VACAY! If you like to cook or grill with an ocean view then you will love our place. We want everyone to enjoy their time at the beach and that includes our neighbors. Please respect our No LOUD parties allowed policy. Thank you

This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is located on one of the best courts in Mission Beach. The condo is 2 houses away from the ocean and offers all the conveniences that you will need to make your vacation stay a great one! There is a fully furnished custom kitchen with granite countertops and maple cabinets with a full length bar, that has seating for 4. There is also a farm style kitchen table with seating for 6. If you want to relax and watch TV... we have a brand new 65 inch Samsung smart tv! Free On Demand and other premium channels. If you have a Netflix or Amazon account, you can continue to watch your shows while on vacation. High speed WI-FI is also there in case you need to keep in touch with the office or google things to do in San Diego. We have ceiling fans throughout, comfortable leather couches, and outside seating with a gorgeous ocean view.

The ocean view deck has a gas BBQ and Bistro seating for 4. There is a 2 car garage with garage door opener, and a full size washer and dryer. In the garage there are boogie boards, beach umbrellas, LOTS of sand toys, and beach chairs for your use.

Sleeping accommodations are a brand new King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in one room and a bunk bed with a brand new full bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. A hide-away mat is available making sleeping for up to 8 people comfortable. Come and stay in this light and bright newly remodeled beautiful beach condo.

Within walking distance are several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and beach shops. The Gaslamp District, Old Town San Diego, and La Jolla are only a short drive away. If shopping is your thing, don't forget to visit all the shops on Garnet Avenue or take a drive to Fashion Valley.

If you need more space we also have a two bedroom unit downstairs, VRBO # 268822. Renting both units is perfect for large groups or family reunions that want to stay together but who also would like their privacy.

Perfect location and home!
This house is in a very nice location, you can sit on the deck and look at the ocean :) We stayed for a 4 night visit and were very pleased with the house and amenities. The host was proactive and responsive. For a busy area we were pleased with how quiet the area was most of the time. We have stayed in Mission Beach multiple times and this location was the best. We enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. We took the owners Suggestions for many of the food choices and were not disappointed!

Great Property
We loved this house. It was enough space for a family of 5 with 3 kids. The location was awesome with it being just steps to the beach. It was stocked with everything we would need for cooking or to take to the beach with us. Angela was easy to communicate with and was fast to get back to me if I had questions. I will say it did get very hot in the 2 non mater bedrooms even with the windows open and fans on. More fans would be helpful. It did cool down but it was much later at night before it did. Also the WiFi was in and out but Overall great place to stay. We would stay again. Thank you so much

From the beginning, communication with the owner was excellent. The location is awesome: just steps to the beach. The apartment has everything needed for a stay; beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are also provided. This is a great place especially when you have smaller children. Our grandkids LOVED LOVED LOVED their Labor Day vacation.

We had such a relaxing time. Fiance and I mainly stayed in. Teens had so much to do just blocks away. Beach was only a few steps. Loved the location and owners were accessible and replied promptly. I guess I’m rejuvenated enough to head back to work Wednesday! Thank you to the Bungers!!!

Fun Stay on Beautiful Mission Beach
This was a great trip! Proximity to beach was fabulous. The only issue we encountered was the internet / wifi which made working for our jobs difficult. Signal kept dropping and the tv even would pause mid show due to wifi/cable/internet. Be mindful of the size of your car, garage parking is tight. Washer / dryer is shared with downstairs unit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Time on Mission Beach
We recently returned from a 6 day stay at this fantastic property. This house was in the perfect location allowing us to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer. The Mission Beach area is definitely busy during the day but got quiet in the evening. We loved being so close to the water. Angela provides boogie boards and other beach toys as well as beach towels (I loved not having to bring our own towels). We ate at three of her recommended restaurants and all were amazing (sunset at World Famous just down the beach was great!). The property was clean and just perfect for our family of 5. We hope to return someday!

Awesome location
We had such a wonderful time at Angela’s place. The location was outstanding. It was off the boardwalk enough to be quiet and close enough to the boardwalk to be there in 30 seconds. We watched the sunsets from the deck and then walked up the boardwalk for delicious sushi. Angela was easy to get in touch with if need be and super communicative throughout the process. We look forward to cooking Angela’s place again!

Amazing location
This stay was everything we needed to get some rejuvenation this winter! The location of the house could not be beat - within view of the ocean but quiet enough a block back from the beach. We had daily beach walks, yummy food at local shops, did shopping nearby, rented bikes and took day trips easily from this location.The house was updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. Angela was gracious with our inquiries and quick to respond. Would highly recommend, and hope to return soon!

The view!!
Working with Angela was very pleasant. She was helpful, efficient, and just a nice person. The view from this house is so amazing, and just a short 1 minute walk to the beach. Also, a 5 minute walk to Belmont park, shopping and restaurants. The house was nice, and very up to date. It was very clean and comfortable. It was roomy, and had everything you need for a nice stay, and preparing meals. The garage was large and stocked with items for a fun beach day! I would highly recommend and I will be booking here again. Made some amazing memories here!

Perfect Family Getaway
We loved this rental! I grew up vacationing on Mission Beach and I just love how close so many great restaurants and grocery stores there are. This location is perfect and it's SO close to the beach.

Location, location, location!
This property was great for our family. We were grateful for the garage, as there wasn’t much available for public parking. The condo was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, my daughter and her husband, my adult son and 2 grandchildren. I expected the lack of air conditioning to be a problem, but once we opened all of the windows the airflow kept the condo cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was amazing to sit on the deck each morning and enjoy the ocean view while sipping my coffee. The best part was being so close to the beach, to Belmore Park and to several great restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk to these locations. My grandkids loved being able to spend so much time on the beach, as it was just a few steps to get there. And there were tons of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys to play with. This property was perfect for our family!

Perfect Mission Beach getaway
Perfect for our whole family - 2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents. Location was amazing - could listen to the waves at night. Kids loved all the beach equipment- boogie boards, sand shovels, buckets. Angela was way more than responsive sending us info ahead of time regarding weather as we were scheduled to come in right before Hurricane Hillary hit. Thanks Angela!

Both my husband and I have been coming to San Diego since we were little. We married 37 years ago and wanted to create the same great memories with our children. We live in Phoenix, Arizona and thought it was about time that we should buy a home in San Diego and make it our getaway. Our children are now 37, 33 and 30, and we still try and go as often as we can.

Why they chose this property

We had rented this house for 4 summers in a row and just loved our court. We were very lucky when it went up for sale. We love San Diego and this condo.

What makes this property unique

We have a fantastic view of the beach and at night we can hear the ocean from our bedroom. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, or a quick bike ride away.
