This beautiful beachfront home is nestled in cozy 'Sea Isle' which is approximately 25 minutes from Galveston. You will have easy access to the restaurants and attractions Galveston offers while enjoying a more private feel at the beach and incredible ocean views from the home.
The home is professionally managed and well-stocked so you can pack light, rest easy, and fully enjoy your vacation.
THE HOME
You are just steps away from the beach. From the backyard, take the private path through the dunes for a short walk to one of the best beaches that Galveston has to offer. Easily take breaks throughout the day to enjoy cooking and eating together around the kitchen island that joins the kitchen with the family room and dining room. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean views from any one of these rooms and never feel secluded from the action.
BEDROOMS
This home consists of three bedrooms and two full baths with the master bedroom located on the main level featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. The remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has two queen beds. Both bedrooms upstairs share a jack and jill bathroom with shower/tub combination.
DURING YOUR STAY
Upon your arrival, use the upper-level wrap-around deck on the beachside of the house to access the front door. The front door is equipped with a keyless entry system so you can simply type in your code to enter the home. This makes for a simple and convenient check-in process.
Grab some beach toys on the lower patio and take a short walk using the private path to the beach directly in front of the home. Hang out with your group on the beach building sandcastles, surfing on boogie boards, or just relaxing on the beach. Easily come back to the house throughout the day to grab a snack or rest. There is a private outdoor shower conveniently located on the lower patio to rinse off the beach before coming in. The lower patio also provides excellent shade during the hottest times of the day and features a charcoal grille for burgers or steaks.
BEACH ACCESSORIES STOCKED AT THE PROPERTY
The home is stocked with beach items to enhance your experience and reduce the number of items you need to purchase and pack for your trip. These items typically include boogie boards, sandcastle toys, beach umbrellas, etc. Due to the nature of beach items, we are unable to guarantee all items are available or in pristine condition. Although we restock these items on an ongoing basis, they are used by guests and do incur wear.
Need beach chairs, a beach canopy, or a golf cart during your stay? We have a local company that rents these items. They can deliver these items and pick them up at a reasonable rate. Their contact information is listed under 'Local Rentals' in the Local Guide section of our guest app which is made available upon booking your reservation.
STOCKED ITEMS
This home is well stocked starting with a kitchen that has just about everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Just bring your favorite ingredients! All beds are made prior to your arrival with clean sheets and freshly laundered hand, bath, and beach towels are provided. You will also find the home is stocked with a starter kit including necessities such as coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper. These items are intended to make your initial arrival comfortable before having the chance to go shopping. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group.
NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
You will have access to the neighborhood fishing pier which is an excellent place for both fishing and crabbing. In addition, there is a community pool open 7 days a week in the summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day. You will need to purchase a pass from the HOA office which is open M - F from 9AM - 5PM and located next to the community pool. The pass typically costs $100 but may vary. Although we are unable to provide the phone number for the Sea Isle HOA office in this listing, their phone number and address are provided in our guest app.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4PM on your arrival date. Please do not request an early check-in time. If you arrive to the island before 4PM, please utilize our guest app to find one of the many restaurants or attractions Galveston has to offer. These can serve as an excellent meeting place for members in your group and a fun way to start your trip.
Check-out time is 11AM on your departure date. Please adhere to this departure time so that our staff has adequate time to prepare the home for the next guest. Late guest departure from the home may result in additional fees.
HOUSE RULES
EARLY CHECK-INS: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the complications this causes for our cleaning staff.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: All guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout their entire stay.
PETS: Pets are not allowed at this property. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund. Please do not bring pets.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Examples include additional guests not listed on your reservation, unauthorized pets, violation of property age requirements, parties, etc.
