PERFECTLY LOCATED IN LOWER DEER VALLEY! WALK OR TAKE FREE SHUTTLE TO SKI RESORT

Fantastic, newly remodeled, condo in a great location with everything you need for a Deer Valley or Park City ski or mountain vacation!

This unit is located within steps of a free bus route that comes by every 20 mins to take you to the ski resorts, or it's just a short 10 -15 min walk to the base of Deer Valley Ski Resort. The free shuttle will also take you to downtown Park City, which is just minutes away.

Nicely furnished and cozy with a great fireplace, and decks off each bedroom and living room. There is also a large open grassy area right off the living room patio. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to stay in and dine, as well as generously stocked with complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate!

This is a very quiet condo complex, with only 10 units. In the summer, guests can stroll around the small lake that is located directly in front of the complex, go for a relaxing paddle board ride or hop on a bike and take off to one of the many nearby trails. In the winter, this location is ideal to take advantage of the number one ski resort in North America or any of the other incredible ski resorts in the area. The boutique shops and nightlife of downtown Park City are also just a quick and free shuttle ride away!

Fabulous: Everything You Need Without Clutter
I’ve been skiing Deer Valley for consecutive years, ever since it opened. During this time, I’ve rented numerous properties and this particular property is a favorite. This 2-bedroom condo has an excellent combination of location, space, amenities, and convenience. The condo was tastefully decorated, comfortable and functional. It’s a perfect location for access to free public transportation to Deer Valley and the transportation center at historic main street. Access to the underground garage for a single vehicle is a bonus. The owner was responsive to our needs and thoughtfully provided numerous amenities, including cooking supplies, toiletries, snacks, etc. This allowed us to avoid the rush to the market and use our time to ski the day after our arrival. Our stay at this property was an excellent experience in every way.

We just spend for 5 nights at the property and it was impecable in all the little details and quality of all the houseware and linens. The apartment very clean amd up to date on all aspects. Farah is a Super host making sure all your needs are covered; she thought of everything. The only thing we regreat is that we could not stay longer.

Wonderful unit and great host
Property and location were excellent. Unit is immaculate, modern and stocked with activities for the whole family like puzzles and board games. Bus stop to Deer Valley lifts right in front of the property. Plenty of parking in front outside or dedicated space in the indoor garage. The host, Farah, is very thoughtful, communicative and goes the extra mile. Highly recommended property and host.

Beautifully decorated; comfortable; the owner had everything you needed in case you forgot to pack something. The remodel of the unit was lovely. Convenient location. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cool nights and days. I cook at home most nights and there was everything we needed. We felt right at home.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Deer Valley home, and Farah was one of the best hosts we have had on VRBO. She ensured that we had everything that we needed for an excellent trip. The condo is perfectly situated for easy Deer Valley access, and just steps from the bus that takes you to Main Street. Inside the condo, we enjoyed the open concept living space on the first floor and the very comfortable bedrooms on the second floor. Overall a great stay! Really can’t say enough good things about Farah!

The condo is everything one could desire in a Deer Valley lodging experience: clean, comfortable, spacious, sunny, quiet, private, exceptionally well-appointed kitchen (generously stocked with coffee, tea, bottled water, juices, fresh fruit, and snacks), tastefully decorated, located in close proximity to Snow Park Lodge and Historic Main Street, convenient and secure underground parking, ample fresh towels, strong WIFI connection, and high-quality bedding, among other positive qualities. Let me start by saying that we have been coming to Deer Valley for many years and have stayed at several wonderful properties. The one thing that sets this property apart is Farah, the homeowner! The thoughtfulness that she put into making our stay as special as she could did not go unnoticed! The condo is spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was extremely convenient with the bus stop located right outside the front door. All of the "extras" and little touches that Farah provided were icing on the cake! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this property was just as stated and then some. Farah is an amazing host! Farah promptly responded to any questions that I had prior to booking, before we left for the trip and was checking on us throughout our stay. The condo was perfect! Plenty of room for our family, and a kitchen that had everything we needed for nights in. I was beyond pleased with our stay. By far the best VRBO experience I have had to date.

Perfect in everyway!
The pictures don't do the property justice. It would be difficult to show how immaculate the property was. Every detail thought of for our comfort. We were greeted with an amazing stocked fridge of beverages and a basket of assorted snacks too many types to list. Updated appliances and SMART TVs such a bonus to be able to access all of our streaming apps after a long day skiing. The location was perfect for us, walkable even in the snow to the base of Deer Valley. The owner was always available if needed but not intrusive. The layout of the unit was perfect for our family of three with spaces for privacy as well as gathering around the fireplace. We have definitely found our place to stay when we are in town.

Wonderful time in Deer Valley...
Beautiful condo with thoughtful attention to detail. Farah was wonderful to work with and she left snacks for us to enjoy after our long trip. The condo is incredibly appointed with everything needed and the setting was stunning both inside and out. Very easy to hop on the shuttle and be skiing in a few short minutes. We can't thank Farah enough for her kindness and hospitality as we had a great time with our son and his fiancé! Thank you Farah!

Christmas getaway
Farah was an exceptional host and the property is a rarity, encapsulating all you hope for — very cozy, clean, and well appointed. The fireplace and hearth provided the perfect winter atmosphere. The outside area led to a snow covered meadow allowing for walks and sledding. Ski access was convenient (either shuttle or a two minute drive). Overall, the quality and cleanliness of the property exceeded our expectations. And I can’t say enough about Farah’s excellence as a host. Her attention to detail and excellent communication made the overall experience seamless. She has that rare gift in a host of anticipating her guests’ needs along with delighting and surprising them with thoughtful touches. She provided a truly magical holiday experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

What a beautiful place to stay ! It felt like home ! It was clean, decorated to perfection, stocked with all daily necessities, and very close to all the Park City resorts, and our hostess was quite simply amazing ! Overall perfection!
This rental is perfection. The owner pays attention to every detail—from reaching out to find out our kids’ ages before we arrived, to stocking the condo with everything two active boys and their parents could possibly want for a week skiing. We walked into a well decorated and spotless condo with welcome baskets for built in movie nights, game nights, post-ski snacks, and a New Year’s Eve celebration. The condo was (in every way) more comfortable and convenient than staying at a 5-star hotel. The location also cannot be beat—it is one quick stop on the free Park City bus to the lodge at the bottom of Deer Valley. This was a trip that our family dreamed of for almost 2 years, and Farah’s attention and care made the experience so much better than we ever could have imagined. We will be back soon.

Incredible place!
One could not fine a more perfect place in Park City. The accommodations surpassed the best high end hotels. Fully stocked kitchen with great cookware. Very comfortable beds with high end linen and down comforters. Plush towels. The owner went beyond with wonderful cheeses, snacks and chocolates. We plan to rent the same unit next year. Amazing!

A RARE GEM!!
This place is one of those hidden gems you hate to tell others about for fear it will be booked incessantly!! But of course that wouldn’t be fair to Farah, who is an amazing host! She has truly tended to every detail of her exceptional home and we could not have been more comfortable. As if the amenities alone weren’t enough, we were greeted with an array of fresh flowers and gourmet treats, and even a box of biscuits for the dogs! The location is ideal for enjoying Park City and the condo complex has lots of green space, walking trails, and a small lake for the pups to enjoy. This was a great place to escape the summer heat wave and we enjoyed sleeping with the balcony door ajar at night (screened). The bed was comfortable and luxurious and the shower fantastic! Every element of the decor seemed designed to please the senses. We lacked for nothing here, and when pressed by the host for suggestions to improve the place, our one recommendation (a small laundry basket) was instantly delivered to our door. The hosts were never intrusive and yet impeccably responsive. I really can’t say enough about this fabulous stay. We definitely hope to come again and again!

Above and beyond.
Farah was very easy to work with and a tremendous host. The property was very clean, stocked with everything you need, and Farah even had entertainment and snacks for our kids. The location is great—an easy walk to the free shuttle stop and steps away from a small lake to paddle board. Will definitely book this property again.

I have lived in Utah for over 40 years and truly believe this state is unparalleled in its outdoor activities and its geographically diverse landscape. (Southern Utah’s Bryce Canyon is truly unique!) Within a few hundred feet from this condo is North America’s top rated overall ski resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, not to mention all the other amazing ski resorts that are close by. Also, if you’re not a skier, there are still plenty of things to do, such as: mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, flyfishing, horseback riding, river rafting, boating, outdoor concerts, shopping, street markets, spas, dining in yurts, etc. I think you get the idea; there’s lots to keep you busy at this destination!
