We are a small family business and welcome you on site. Quietly located and yet right in the center, with a nice view to the Kampener beacon and in 5 min. walk on the beach. You live on 70 square meters, including two balconies, all on one level on the fourth floor of a beautiful apartment block. The apartment is only for max. 2 people bookable and is also a Non smoking apartment. Rooms & FacilitiesYou will arrive in a modern, functional entrance area, from which a guest toilet is off. From the Fur we continue in the very high-quality, modern, furnished by the furniture store Knutzen living area, with coordinated shades. The living room is furnished with two sofas (no sofa beds) and a stool, table and side tables. A TV flat screen, a Bluetooth Internet radio with CD sound system and Wi-Fi, are available.  The large dining table offers plenty of space and is equipped with wicker chairs. From the living area you enter the open kitchen. In the new kitchen you can expect high-quality kitchen accessories from WMF, such as: B. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and pots and pans. An espresso machine from Tchibo for demanding coffee enjoyment (capsules available from EDEKA) is available. An oven and an induction hob with two hobs, as well as a fridge-freezer complete the kitchen. The dishes, cutlery and glasses are also of high quality equipment. From the living area you enter the sleeping area. SchlafzimmerIn the separate sleeping area you will find a high-quality Hülstabett (2x2m) with equally good Hülsta- mattresses. For any paperwork you will find a desk in this room. Also in this room is another TV flat panel. The cupboard and carpenter installations offer you a lot of space to store. It is possible to darken this room with a roller blind. From the sleeping area leads to the bathroom. Sanitary areaIn the new shower-toilet you will find a high-quality equipment. The shower with 1.0m x 0.75m offers you comfort in the most modern form. A large vanity with pull out (hair dryer included) a wall and make-up mirror, a raised toilet and a towel dryer are also included. The bathroom can be ventilated through a window. Other information: The arrival in this beautiful Sylt holiday home is usually from 16 00 clock and the departure is before 10. 00 clock to take before. Out of consideration for our other guests we can unfortunately not allow pets, as the apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers. For this reason smoking is not allowed in this apartment. There is an elevator in the house, which can take you from the upper level of the underground car park to the fourth floor at ground level. (there are two parking levels with a drive-through restriction of 1.80 m) You can book an underground parking space for € 8.50 per night with the owner. So you do not have to burden your luggage unnecessarily, a washer / dryer combination is available for you.

OG direction north / east, with view to the beacon Kampen. There is a beautiful entrance hall with ramps, an elevator, and an underground car park with a passage restriction of 1.80 m.   So you do not have to burden your luggage unnecessarily, a washing machine / dryer combination is ready. You want to park your car in the underground car park (entrance height 1.80m)? Of course you can book this for 8,50 € per night.
